The first agent connected my epson printer & made it work to print from computer also from my picture from cell phone. very good job. the second agent did something with my 2nd epson printer & clean & rearrange my messy files. I am grateful for their work.

Agent installed my printer and made sure it was working properly. Made sure I was able to use my printer, Agent was very efficient. Agent showed up on time and was very customer friendly.

Shelly came and found my problem was due to windows 10 and my printer not communicating, solved that problem and then my printer head died. After several attempts, it was evident needed new printer. She helped me pick one out right at the house. Picked it up at Best Buy and requested she come back to install which she did and now all is well. She was considerate of my house, wearing booties and cleaning everything up. Best agent I have had

The agent assisted me in attempting to fix my old printer as much as he could and when it was evident that that printer could be fixed, met me at Best Buy, He provided information on the available printers, took the one that I picked out and set it up in my home. He assisted me with all aspects of the set up including the warranty.

I asked for help in understanding what I needed to know to be able to fix it myself. In the past I would already had screwed it up by the time they were halfway down the street. This time, I both had it fixed and learned how to fix it myself. Pays to ask them how it is done.

I love the tech support offered by Best Buy - I can get printers etc set-up but only after I say a whole lot of bad tempered things, Call the Geek Squad and its the epitome of " Life is good" the staff are courteous and professional. Gary especially is so patient and willing to answer questions - Please consider cloning him

He worked very hard to get the constant Ink app to work for me and no matter what he did it did not work for the model. It should never have been in the package with the printer. He did a very good setting up my printer and answering all of my questions He is someone you should be proud of and feeling secure sending him out to do the geek's work.

We are very pleased with our new HP Envy 6065 e printer. The Geek Squad installed our printer. Cord did a great job getting it set up.

The agents set up my new ipad and transferred everything from my old ipad to the new one. The salesman helped me to select the ipad. He took the time to explain the difference in several different ones. The geek squad did not set up the ipad. They sent me to the phone area. The gentleman there said I needed to go to the geek squad. I told him they had sent me there. He then handled the setup for me.

The agent made sure all my devices and computers were hooked up to my printer, and with a follow through made sure all devices were able to print to our satisfaction.

The agent arrived on time and was very friendly and quick to answer any of my questions. He explained to me how my printer and scanner works. Told me if I had any issues I can always call them or set up another appointment for them to stop by. Great customer service.

The technician was quite knowledgable about the printer and the change from 4G to 5G done by my internet provider. She quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it with ease following several attempts to resolve the issue on my own through the printer manufacture before contacting the Geek Squad.

Into the functions of the fRAX 200, Netgear’s premier router. Jim will have to get up to speed on that device and in WiFi 6 in general before he can add value to me. He got the printer talking to the devices but did not write down his solutions and the necessary configurations. After one power down Jim s fix was not working. I went to the store, spoke to his colleagues and asked that he call. So far no contact. If this is typical service levels I want my fees returned a day better contract to balance expectations. Right now I am about where $230 of Jim got me, no confidence in my security, cannot print.using AirPrint.

After an unexpected drop of service with my Internet provider, I was unable to scan or print. They offered no assistance to restore my printer and shirked me. The Geek technician had me up and running and showed me how to overcome this should it happen again and offered to call the Geek Squad for assistance. Well worth the service policy!!!
