The first agent connected my epson printer & made it work to print from computer also from my picture from cell phone. very good job. the second agent did something with my 2nd epson printer & clean & rearrange my messy files. I am grateful for their work.

every thing worked great when he was done. then he went over every thing to make sure I knew how to operate my new printer with all my phones tablets and computer.

The Geek Squad agent Gino gave exceptional service. He came in and sent up my HP printer in short time both for my desk top and laptop. Everything worked right from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He had everything set up and ready to go in a half hour. I am extremely pleased.

Mathew did thorough, great job checking all internet devices were in correct operational order, reinstalled new printer, checked system passwords, and provided useful tips to check cable TV operations. This was 2nd service call by Mathew, at our request. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.

My printer was saying there was a paper jam when there was absolutely no paper anywhere. When geek squad got to my house, he didn’t see anything either. Upon further investigation, he found the worlds tiniest piece of tape (clear tape) stuck to one of the spools. He took it out and cleaned the printer and it is back to working perfectly! I am so thankful as I work from home and my printer is my lifeline.

Very positive experience with the reps from the Daytona Beach BestBuy location. True professionals. After moving to the area, decided to use the "pros" to assist with setting up new computer, printer, and scanner. They had the equipment up and running (connected to my home network) in record time. Geek squad set up my printer and gave me what I refer to as "Princess" instructions on how to operate and scan documents. They were professional and courteous.

My husband had the Geek Squad run the TV through the receiver and I could not get the remote to turn on the TV. He was in the hospital and unable to solve the problem. The Geek Squad specialist came out and made some adjustments so that it was properly synced. He then trained me to use the remote. Dumb? yes, but necessary. Thank you.
