Your employee who did my printer setup was wonderful! He was quick, thorough, taught me how to print and scan, showed me all I needed to know and was polite. He took my old printer for recycling. Couldn't have been better.

The agent installed my cd player and speakers in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable and courteous.

replaced hard drive & installed a new driver for my old Canon MP560 printer. Problem: Need to reset the printer so that it prints black & shades of grey when pages are colored. I tried to print a claim form that was written in blue & it printed nothing. Please send me an email with written instructions as to how to do this. Thanks! Kay Mattson

It was quite a nice experience. I am never seen a guy wearing bestbuy T-shirt coming to assist in the creekquard team. That was first experiencing it and it really help spend up the line. I think the guy must be an intern. There are issues the bestbuy should be able to assit with because all issues are always not software.

The technician was so professional and understanding and he sure was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He was able to fix my printer and offered valuable advice. The Geek Squad installer that was here to install our new printer did a great job. He showed us how to install the paper and where a new ink cartridge goes when it is time to install a new one, print and scan. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.
