My agent set my Epson printer up and explained how to also use the scanner feature. Very patient with me.

The agent set up my printer and connected it to my chrome book and also my cell phone, so I could print from anywhere. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with all my questions. I was very pleased.

Mr. Ungerer did a FANTASTIC job in setting up my printer & showing me how to do various things. He deserves a good evaluation from company. I was able to take notes & can refer back to them since these items come w/o an instruction book these days. I did download on line manual, but the notes have thus far been sufficient & I have not had to read manual on line. He definitely rates 5 stars!!

Ryan did a great job connecting our Laptop to our printer (wi-fi) He explained the process to me and my wife in laymen terms, which helps older folks like us....ha ha Ryan was very polite and courteous......Thanks Ryan

I believe I've already submitted a review for this. If not, my technician was great! Setting up the appointment was not!! Virtual assistant couldn't direct my call correctly when I first called in. Transferred & got cut off. Called back again. Told to call back a third time & what to ask for. Got representative finally. Received e-msil invoice. I'm already frustrsted fir having to pay for service before service rendered. THEN your system wouldn't accept my credid card info. It took multiple tries with 2 different credit cards to finally complete the transaction!

The agent connected my printer and programmed my laptop accordingly. He was very thoughtful and went above and beyond. I was very thankful and appreciative.

Josh got my printer going and was very patient and informative about how to use it and what was wrong with it. He answer all my questions and made sure I understood what was going on. Josh also help me with my controller game volume on my XBOX ONE X system. In addition he left his cell phone number with me if I had any problems. Now I have a scanner and printer that works and I can share my work with my students, and I can hear and talk to people when I am playing WW2. lol

Updates done on my computer remotely and at the local Best Buy caused the computer to no longer communicate with my printer. Technicians who worked on it remotely were unsuccessful in solving the problem. The local Geek Squad recommended that someone work on it using my network. The person who worked on it in my study was able to get them to work together after about an hour. He had me print from my computer and IPAD before he left to make sure they worked for me.

The serviceperson was kind, courteous, helpful and answered all my questions. It's the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Best Buy.

My new HP 9015e replace my HP 1080 powerhouse printer homeoffice and was not as easy to operate or connect to 3 home office computers, However, Geek Squad stayed with us until we could easily scan, print and email tax pfroms fueing a preesin April 15 deadline,

I completed this survey at least 1-2 weeks ago. The technician was prompt, efficient, polite, and answered all my questions. It was a pleasant experience.

Our printer would not print. After contacting Geek Squad on line which is free for Geek Squad members, it did print, BUT then we could not get it to make 2 sided or only black, not color copies. The Geek Squad Agent who came to our home solved the problem by thinking outside the box. It took him quite a while, but he succeeded. Then he also set up our phones and a tablet to print!!! Well worth the $49 plus tax price. The price is discounted for Geek Squad members!!!

Nathanael Roberts, and Cooper were excellent in diagnosing and fixing my Canon printer issues here in my home. They both had had a very long day before they arrived here, but arrive they did, well after dark. These guys are the consumate professsionals. Hats off to them both!

Love the Geek Squad-very will worth the price! Originally, they arrived to set everything up on my new computer-great fella's who showed up! They contacted me the day before to give me an approx. time of arrival...the "day of" they contacted me to give me an "exact" time! Would highly recommend this service!

Our technician was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and worked diligently to fix our printer; he was also polite and friendly. We would definitely use the Geek Squad again.

The technician that came to my house came within the time frame specified. Called me 30 minutes beforehand also. He set up my printer and made sure it worked with my new laptop. He also made sure it worked with my iPhone and iPad. He gave me directions of how to add paper and change the toner. At the end he asked if I had any other questions. I did have a question about my laptop and he helped me with that as well. Excellent service!

Geek Squad Double Agent Jon Corn was extremely competent. He quickly had the new Asus laptop loaded with the requested software and connected to networks tec., and made every app etc. easy to use. He then corrected the problems that had developed on both of our desktops, and made both of them work more efficiently.

Jared recently came to set up a new printer. He has been to our house in the past and has always been professional and thorough. He explains the steps he takes and never leaves a question unanswered. He is an excellent representative of the Geek squad. Thank-you
