Adam came to my Home yesterday and connected my new printer and installed a new google Nest Wifi Router and point. He was very professional and patient with me as I could not remember passwords. He worked through it and figured it all out. Adam is very knowledgeable and got the job done very quickly. I will request for Adam to come out with anything I need done in the future.

The Geek Squad installer that was here to install our new printer did a great job. He showed us how to install the paper and where a new ink cartridge goes when it is time to install a new one, print and scan. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

I purchased this for my mother in Arizona. She couldn't find anyone to help her get it connected so even though I live in Florida, I was able to get a Geek Squad member to go there and get it connected for her. Matthew from Geek Squad finished setting up Wi-Fi for my new Epson 3760 Printer. I also had purchased a new 17” HP Desktop Computer from Best Buy for my 2021 Christmas present and Matthew assisted me with my questions and by setting up my keyboard and mouse. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I’d recommend Matthew for any future computer installations.

Tech came in review situation, told us what was needed, what was superfluous. What costs were and abra kadabra he added subtracted and bang done. Explained each step, polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

The Technician called the day of installation to let me know he was on his way. He installed my printer quickly and showed me how to change the cartridges and how to print from my computer including how to switch from auto to mono. It worked different from my old printer. The Technician did a excellent job. Highly recommend him. He is superior.

Ryan set up the printer, installed the ink heads, filled the ink tanks, connected the printer to my wi-fi and tested the printer. Was very efficient.

The tech installed my printer and had it working in record time. He also connected the printer to my wifi when Canon's techs told me my wifi signal wasn't "strong" enough.

Today’s agents were efficient, compassionate, patient, and helpful. They did not keep me in the line forever, but went right to work assessing the problem and seeking solutions. I am so grateful they were able to help me, as I was getting to the end of my rope with all the difficulties I’ve had lately with technology! Thank goodness I spent the extra money for Total Geek Support!

THE AGENT SET UP MY HP ENVY 6065E PRINTER IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES. THIS INCLUDED UNPACKING, NETWORK CONNECTION, AND INSTALLATION OF 3RD PARTY SOFTWARE FOR SCANNING. VERY EFFICIENT.

Agent Joe determined the color portion of the printer was not operating correctly. The printer could not be repaired, so a new printer was ordered. I was notified when the printer became available, and agent Joe came to install and set up the new printer. Everything works perfectly now; thank you Agent Joe for an excellent job!

My new HP 9015e replace my HP 1080 powerhouse printer homeoffice and was not as easy to operate or connect to 3 home office computers, However, Geek Squad stayed with us until we could easily scan, print and email tax pfroms fueing a preesin April 15 deadline,

The technician was quite knowledgable about the printer and the change from 4G to 5G done by my internet provider. She quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it with ease following several attempts to resolve the issue on my own through the printer manufacture before contacting the Geek Squad.

Dave Hardenbrook was great! He set up my new Epson printer and I'm very happy with it's performance. Dave communicated his arrival, arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and thorough with my computer/printer setup. Thanks Dave.
