Having a "total Tech" package is the primary reason I continue to go to Best Buy to make electronic purchases. Please do not ever discontinue the program; it is your main competitive advantage over going to the Apple Store.

The technician was very helpful. It took him longer than I expected. I needed my printer set up with my I-pad, The instructions weren’t helpful that I got with the printer. He determined that the website I wanted to use with my printer wasn’t working, which was frustrating.

I was told what was wrong but it could not be fixed. So I went to Microsoft. I was told by the Microsoft technician that the latest release of Edge browser has problem and can not print multiple pages on a sheet of paper. Long story short, he tried to add HP Smart to print procedure and said that is it. So now I use Google browser for required printing needs. It truly is a mess!

Agent did an install then went thru all its operation and connect to all my devices. So knowledgeable and even I could understand all the instructions lol Marco in Roseville was great!!!!!

THE YOUNG MAN WHO SET UP MY PRINTER WAS VERY KNOWLEEGEABLE. WAS IN AND OUT SO FAST. BUT BEFORE HE LEFT HE MADE SURE I KNEW HOW TO OPERATE MY PRINTER. THANKS AGAI FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

Great Communication with Geek Squad member Megan. She was very professional and answered all my questions. Installation of new desk top and printer went smoothly. I would highly recommend purchasing a computer from Best Buy and I love being able to pay a little extra to have the geek squad handle the installation it was well worth.

my printer set up was fast and installer was friendly and courteous. the installer was on time and let my know by phone ahead of time a window for my appointment.

I had a gentleman names, Ben, who set up my new computer, connected my new printer & did troubling shooting on a computer problem. He was knowledgable, efficient, professional & friendly. Most of all I gathered information from his explanations which gave me insight to may computer operations, Ben is a definite asset to the Geek Squad.

A very nice young man from the Geek Squad came to the house and worked on my new Copier. The device is still not working properly. When I try to make copy of my document by placing it on the screen, I still get a RED X and a blank sheet of paper. What is our next step to solve this problem?

I had purchased a new printer 3 years ago! and never got around to setting it up, partially due to an orthopedic trauma I had but still. When I purchased BB TotalTech, along with my new laptop, the tech set up my printer in less than 20 minutes. Sure has made my life easier not having to run to Office Max to get something printed.

I DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM WITH MY PRINTER AND TV WITH THE GEEK SQUAD MEMBER HE RESOLVED THE PROBLEM IN LESS THAN A HALF HOUR. HE WAS ON TIME, EXPLAINED THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM, SOLVED THE PROBLEM, CLEANED THE WORK AREA AND LEFT. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE TO ANYONE.

The agent was very professional and respectful while he removed my nonworking HP printer and installed my Epson printer! He carefully explained what he was doing and described how to use the new printer. He politely answered all of my question!

My Geek Squad installer, Michael Jones, Sr., was very prompt and professional. He called the day before to verify the time he would be here; then he called on his way to my home. He clearly explained how to use the printer and made certain it was in operation before he left. A1!
