The technician was very helpful. It took him longer than I expected. I needed my printer set up with my I-pad, The instructions weren’t helpful that I got with the printer. He determined that the website I wanted to use with my printer wasn’t working, which was frustrating.

Tech was knowledgeable and explained to me how the printer works. Always have had great service from Geek Squad techs.

He worked very hard to get the constant Ink app to work for me and no matter what he did it did not work for the model. It should never have been in the package with the printer. He did a very good setting up my printer and answering all of my questions He is someone you should be proud of and feeling secure sending him out to do the geek's work.

It was quite a nice experience. I am never seen a guy wearing bestbuy T-shirt coming to assist in the creekquard team. That was first experiencing it and it really help spend up the line. I think the guy must be an intern. There are issues the bestbuy should be able to assit with because all issues are always not software.

Your agent set up my printer to listen clearly to my Computer- they are now friends! Yippee!! He was super!!

After an unexpected drop of service with my Internet provider, I was unable to scan or print. They offered no assistance to restore my printer and shirked me. The Geek technician had me up and running and showed me how to overcome this should it happen again and offered to call the Geek Squad for assistance. Well worth the service policy!!!

The technician was so professional and understanding and he sure was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He was able to fix my printer and offered valuable advice. I was extremely pleased with him. Before my appt with him I had a in store visit with the Geek squad in Oakdale. Again very knowledgeable and so accommodating

They finished setting up my printer that I was in the middle of and I couldn't finish. Also helped me with a couple of issues that I had.

I DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM WITH MY PRINTER AND TV WITH THE GEEK SQUAD MEMBER HE RESOLVED THE PROBLEM IN LESS THAN A HALF HOUR. HE WAS ON TIME, EXPLAINED THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM, SOLVED THE PROBLEM, CLEANED THE WORK AREA AND LEFT. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Geek Squad was excellent. Within about 20 minutes, my printer was talking to my new Computer (from Best Buy of Course.!)

replaced hard drive & installed a new driver for my old Canon MP560 printer. Problem: Need to reset the printer so that it prints black & shades of grey when pages are colored. I tried to print a claim form that was written in blue & it printed nothing. Please send me an email with written instructions as to how to do this. Thanks! Kay Mattson

They contacted me the day before to give me an approx. time of arrival...the "day of" they contacted me to give me an "exact" time! Would highly recommend this service!
