The agent (Jason) who came out and hooked up my printer is so knowledgeable and personable. He has been out once before to mount one of our tv's. It's so nice for me to not have to spend hours setting something up. Great service and most of the agents really know their stuff...Thank you Jason

Michael was the agent they came out. He had to reinstall the printer and connect the telephone cable so that I could you scan and email. Although Adrian was very nice, he did tell me that the printer was already to go and I should’ve asked him to show me how, but I didn’t. I also feel he should’ve asked me if I had any more questions. If I ever need tech-support again I’m definitely going to ask for Mike.

The young lady that solved my printer and computer problems was amazing. She knew exactly what to do and explained how I could fixed the problem if it ever happened again. She fixed my Alexa that had not worked for over a year and no one else could fix. She was professional and patient & answered all questions. I am very pleased.

Rich, the technician, was efficient, knowledgeable and patient. He explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had.

Patrick installed our printer and connected it to all our devices. He also did an update to our router and made sure everything was working properly. Patrick also made sure our printer ink program was working well with our new printer. Patrick was knowledgeable, courteous and patient with us, making sure we understood everything before moving on to the next work item.

The representitive said that I had gotten rewards for a large purchase that I eventually returned to the company I purchased it from. Because of that your are still holding me responsible for the 17 or 18 dollars in rewards for the return. But I do not owe BJ's anything but it will take a lot of purchases to offset the balance?

My Geek Squad agent did an exceptional job setting up my Brother color laser printer. I’ve had 2 spinal surgeries and can’t even lift it. He carried the printer from my car to my study, unpacked it, installed it on my network, verified that the corresponding apps worked to print from my iMac, iPhone, and iPad, and tested everything thoroughly before he left. He also answered questions about other electronics in my home. Highly recommend!

Chad was very helpful in setting up the printer and then, by phone, talking me through how to solve a problem a few days later. Very knowlegeable about the equipment and very friendly, helpful service.

Not enough stars for the Geeks in Milford, MA. I've called upon them for installing two separate items... my curved screen Samsung monitor and my Canon TR860s printer. On both occasions it's been a pleasure having them in my home. They're on time, professional, courteous, and have the answers to all your questions.

The agent, John Bergin, connected my new computer to my printer and tested it. While doing that he discovered the ink was running low and made adjustments to help me get a little more time with old cartridge. I have since ordered a new cartridge and all is well. Thank you, John.

Excellent company, great products and their Total Tech Plan is the BEST! I recently tried the InHome part of the plan to help with streaming set up and they were terrific! They brought the products, installed them and showed me how to save money and finally cut the cord for streaming! Great Company!

As usual, Geek Squad was punctual, courteous, professional and extremally knowledgeable. And solved my printer problem. I have been a "Total Tech" subscriber for a few years, and every year I I find reasons why I'm grateful I have paid my annual subscription fee. Thank you for the good service

It was a second effort because the Geek Squad first tried to come I was in the hospital for an emergency, They were patient for a re- visit and they took their time and help us to totally fix the several flaws of our Machine or how we were not able to understand it. Tech came in review situation, told us what was needed, what was superfluous. What costs were and abra kadabra he added subtracted and bang done. Explained each step, polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

Best Buy Geek Squad CJ got my printer properly installed and working correctly in only a few minutes. I had spent almost an hour on the phone with an HP customer technical service to no avail. CJ is courteous and competent and I would happily have him back to solve my next technical problem.

Phillip did an excellent job, was patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful. When I required the new work station set up before the computer and printer, he called his boss who sent an excellent two-man team (Greg and Sean) and he was back as soon as they finished.
