The agent for the Geek Squad was determined to fix my problem with the printer printing from the tablet. So far so good. Praying it stays fixed!

This appointment was to re-establish connection between my laptop and a cricket style cutter. He went thru areas where he thought malware or viruses would be hiding and found that we had been hacked. He did a good job of correcting issues it had caused and got us running again

The agent was very knowledgable setting our Brother J5855DW printer work with both our desk top and lap top computers. After set up he test printed a document from both computers, then reset the default on mt wifes computer to her printer. We wish he had shown us how to use all the other feachers of the new printer, but he spoke very little. His technical skill is excellent. Customer communication skills not so good.

The Tech who set the printer up did a good job explaining how to use the features. Went above what was expected of him to explain and check that everything was working good.

The agent installed my new printer and synced my lap top, iPad, and iPhone to the printer. He was professional, friendly, and efficient.

every thing worked great when he was done. then he went over every thing to make sure I knew how to operate my new printer with all my phones tablets and computer.

So pleased with the most friendly and helpful Geek Squad agents I've worked with. In addition to setting up my printer, they provided valuable tips, answered all of my questions and said they'd be available to answer any questions that came up. Absolutely wonderful customer service.

My appointment was the last one of the day. I was home all day and wished I had a say in what time my appointment was. He came in and installed my printer without a problem. My only desire was that he spend just a few minutes to go over things like printing from other devices, how to change the ink, etc. He didn't offer to do that.

I had a problem with my new HP Smart Tank 7301, and over the phone and through the computer from India they fixed the problem! It took a little while but it was worth it. I never thought they could fix my printer over the phon but they did. I am over the moon happy. Put me in a good mood all day!!! Thank you!!!

Matt Heberlein did a new PC setup and migration for me on 7/21/22. He was so patient with me and thoroughly explained the new equipment and how to use it. I am feeling more confident now because of his expertise and patience. He is a really great Geek Squad member and appreciated the time he spent with me

We couldn't get the new printer to link with our computers, but the technician figured it out for us.

The agent called to tell me he was on the way to my house and he arrived promptly. He went to work on the printer while ai continued my work. When completed he told me I was ready to print. Work was done quickly and the printer is working fine.

Best Buy updated and narrowed the service window the day before and morning of service making it easier for me to attend to other activity. Although the agent couldn’t fix my printer issue, he offered recommendations related to my current usage and helped me spontaneously with another problem I hadn’t previously mentioned in my request for service.

Chapman Croskell arrived when he said he would. He immediately went to work on the computer and scanner and resolved the communication problem between the two. Everything is functioning correctly. I would strongly recommend Chapman to anyone - he is straightforward, honest, and an excellent tech.

The agent who came out was very professional and yet, made us feel at home while not speaking over our heads. He was able to set up our computer, connect our printer, and transfer data from our old computer. He was also respectful by wearing a mask. He did everything in a timely manner. We are very satisfied!

Tv, surround system, computers, printer and all other electronic devices are installed by the Geek Squad and purchased at Best Buy. Love their work, people and products. Have been a member for over 25 years.

Tom did a WONDERFUL job of setting up my PC and Printer/Copier/Scanner. He made sure all my bookmarks were transferred from my browser on my old machine and set up all the apps I needed and showed me how to use the new features on the equipment. I worked in IT for 12 years so I tend to be critical of technicians who are inept. Tom was DEFINITELY qualified and did a great job.
