Printer return
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately, he started setting up the printer, but I wanted to use to print stuff off of my cell phone, and when I told him I didn’t have Wi-Fi he told me I wouldn’t be able to use the printer to do that, so he kindly put it back in the box for me, and I had to return it.

He called the day before to verify the time he would be here; then he called on his way to my home. He clearly explained how to use the printer and made certain it was in operation before he left. A1!

New Copier is still not working!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A very nice young man from the Geek Squad came to the house and worked on my new Copier. The device is still not working properly. When I try to make copy of my document by placing it on the screen, I still get a RED X and a blank sheet of paper. What is our next step to solve this problem?

Geek Squad competence in fixing software

He quickly had the new Asus laptop loaded with the requested software and connected to networks tec., and made every app etc. easy to use. He then corrected the problems that had developed on both of our desktops, and made both of them work more efficiently.

Great job with printer

My agent was fantastic!!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Shelly came and found my problem was due to windows 10 and my printer not communicating, solved that problem and then my printer head died. After several attempts, it was evident needed new printer. She helped me pick one out right at the house. Picked it up at Best Buy and requested she come back to install which she did and now all is well. She was considerate of my house, wearing booties and cleaning everything up. Best agent I have had

The Greek Squad technician set up Printer quickly.

He went to work on the printer while ai continued my work. When completed he told me I was ready to print. Work was done quickly and the printer is working fine.

Someone in the phone area set up the ipad.

The salesman helped me to select the ipad. He took the time to explain the difference in several different ones. The geek squad did not set up the ipad. They sent me to the phone area. The gentleman there said I needed to go to the geek squad. I told him they had sent me there. He then handled the setup for me.

While doing that he discovered the ink was running low and made adjustments to help me get a little more time with old cartridge. I have since ordered a new cartridge and all is well. Thank you, John.

Geek Squad (Jason) set up my Epson printer quickly

He has been out once before to mount one of our tv's. It's so nice for me to not have to spend hours setting something up. She was professional, polite, and did a great job. She answered our questions and connected the printer to our IMac so that the scanning would be saved on the IMac, and left us directions how to do it.

Excellent Geek job!

When I required the new work station set up before the computer and printer, he called his boss who sent an excellent two-man team (Greg and Sean) and he was back as soon as they finished.

Jim will have to get up to speed on that device and in WiFi 6 in general before he can add value to me. He got the printer talking to the devices but did not write down his solutions and the necessary configurations. After one power down Jim s fix was not working. I went to the store, spoke to his colleagues and asked that he call. So far no contact. If this is typical service levels I want my fees returned a day better contract to balance expectations. Right now I am about where $230 of Jim got me, no confidence in my security, cannot print.using AirPrint.
