Jeannette was very helpful in assisting me to choose a new tv, after the one I had purchased just a year and 6 months ago died totally and was not repairable The only issue, not Jeannette’s doing, is the time it takes to get the tv delivered and installed! Two weeks I find too long for delivering the product!

Travis set up my printer quickly, did a good job. I used the printer all day today it works good. Travis is good he knows what he is doing. He explained to me how to work it also. He is very personable. He is the best. I had Cindy out to best buy also she is very good to.

Agent Andy Myers did an outstanding job and performance troubleshooting and repairing my Computer and Printer, to include the Operating system during his Geek Squad visit on 17 August 2022. He is knowledgeable and provided instructive information about how to maintain and keep my system operable.

William did a great job getting our new printer set up and installed. He was friendly and answered all of our questions. We knew we had some issues with our wi-fi and modems and he was able to make the necessary corrections which was a relief. He was in and out in about 30-40 minutes. 10+/10

Geek squad set up my printer and gave me what I refer to as "Princess" instructions on how to operate and scan documents. They were professional and courteous.

The Geek Squad representative, Jason, did a great job. He came by our home and was able to fix our laptop/wireless printer in less than 15 minutes. The problem was a communications issue from our laptop to the printer. He explained the situation, gave us some tips for the future and was a very pleasant person.

Mitch was very professional and quick. And he explained things to me and answered my questions.

The Geek fixed my computer/printer in less than half an hour. I was so relieved. My only complaint is that I had to wait almost a month to get an appointment. My computer skills are minimal, but, in spite of my declarations that I would never become "computer-dependent", I have to admit that it was a long month!

We always are so happy when James Atkins comes to help us with troubleshooting or installing new equipment. He is so knowledgeable and helpful.

The Techs were great and did not make me feel like an idiot

Brandon, our Geek Squad installation expert, was very knowledgeable and wasted little time in the set-up of our new Epson ink-jet printer. He answered my questions as he did his work. It was so nice not having to struggle with the install and not having the knowledge or complete instructions that would have taken me all day and still would have needed to call someone else.

James Bilancini reviewed my list of items in detail indicated how each can be done and the benefits of each. It was a detailed review and then went about completing the work quickly. He followed the health requirements wearing a mask, and completed the work quickly. I will ask for him in the future should I need help again.
