Not enough stars for the Geeks in Milford, MA. I've called upon them for installing two separate items... my curved screen Samsung monitor and my Canon TR860s printer. On both occasions it's been a pleasure having them in my home. They're on time, professional, courteous, and have the answers to all your questions.

The young lady that solved my printer and computer problems was amazing. She knew exactly what to do and explained how I could fixed the problem if it ever happened again. She fixed my Alexa that had not worked for over a year and no one else could fix. She was professional and patient & answered all questions. I am very pleased.

BEST BUY installers are exceptional. They installed my new HP Printer and it functions as it should. I recommend the purchase of service from the Geek Squad to insure service for my laptop at peak periods of operation.

The representitive said that I had gotten rewards for a large purchase that I eventually returned to the company I purchased it from. Because of that your are still holding me responsible for the 17 or 18 dollars in rewards for the return. But I do not owe BJ's anything but it will take a lot of purchases to offset the balance?

I was told what was wrong but it could not be fixed. So I went to Microsoft. I was told by the Microsoft technician that the latest release of Edge browser has problem and can not print multiple pages on a sheet of paper. Long story short, he tried to add HP Smart to print procedure and said that is it. So now I use Google browser for required printing needs. It truly is a mess!

Setup was well done. It s quite different from the Canon Printers I had purchased in past. Each time I have to turn it off, I seem too have to relearn how to do it. This is my current challenge. Right now I am printing less frequently as a result.

Agent was on time, knowledgeable, professional, patient. Made sure all devices synced. Made sure i had.a good understanding of how best to manage.all devices. Will always come to you.

The technician who set up my laptop also set up my printer. His explanations of what he was doing were easy to follow and he gave me helpful hints about all the features of the printer. This is our first printer with ink tanks which we like, especially since we expect a reduction in the price of ink.

Travis set up my printer quickly, did a good job. I used the printer all day today it works good. Travis is good he knows what he is doing. He explained to me how to work it also. He is very personable. He is the best. I had Cindy out to best buy also she is very good to.

I believe our sales person misled us regarding installation. The Geek Squad (Ron) that came stated it should’ve been a business installation not a residential. It was a condominium office that the printer was being installed at. When we were purchasing it we carefully explained the situation to the sales person, expressly stating during the install we will need some basic training of the office staff. He stated we would get that with the installation we were purchasing. We got an entirely different view from the installer from Geek Squad. He did help and do the install, but I do believe we were misled and I am not particularly happy with it.

Geek squad installed the printer and tested every option, including the ability to fax. Great service. Printer came with 3 months free of HP Instant Ink.

Geek Squad set the new Smart Tank All-in-One Printer up quickly and made sure it was working and printing before leaving. They also showed me some features and answered my questions.

The agent was able to resolve my issues with connecting by Hp printer to my internet secondary to Apple’s recent upgrade’s ( after the update I was not able to connect my printer to my home internet).

Walked me through the process how to use my new printer and Fax machine combo. We could not use it because we could not figure it out!

It was a second effort because the Geek Squad first tried to come I was in the hospital for an emergency, They were patient for a re- visit and they took their time and help us to totally fix the several flaws of our Machine or how we were not able to understand it.
