I would reconmend the Geek squad. If you are in need of help with the set up of your computor system, to repairing your computor system. The Geek Squad gentelmen that set up my computor system was fantastic. He was on time, very professional, and very knowlegeable with his answers, when I had questions.

The tech installed my printer and had it working in record time. He also connected the printer to my wifi when Canon's techs told me my wifi signal wasn't "strong" enough.

The agent that set up my printer did an excellent job not only in setting it up but carefully explaining it to me so that was proficient in the complete operation of my printer. I was completely satisfied.

Setup was well done. It s quite different from the Canon Printers I had purchased in past. Each time I have to turn it off, I seem too have to relearn how to do it. This is my current challenge. Right now I am printing less frequently as a result.

The Geek Squad is the only tech staff that I allow to come to my home and set up TV, VCR, computer, printer, etc. They come on time and are friendly, efficient and professional. He set up my printer and showed me how to use it which made me feel much more confident about the product as I am not tech savvy! Thanks!

A Best Buy delivery person set my new Brother computer up. Did a great job. I found out it didn't copy so wanted a different one. He advised me by telephone and I was able to take the printer back and get a different one. He was extremely helpful. The Best Buy employees are always on the job and very helpful. It is the phone and chat customer servce that is not good. It is difficult to get anyone to help via telephone at the store involved. It is important. Fix it.

My computer and printer were set up and I am pleased with all the service I have received from Best Buy. I check their Deals daily!!! Love them!!

I had a problem with my HP Laserjet P1102 printer that suddenly stopped printing wireless. Jeffrey actually had to visit my printer twice to get it to print properly. First the wireless quit working so he hooked it up with a cord connection and then I had a problem printing envelopes that he got working. I was pleased that I didn't have to buy a new printer.

The agent set up my printer and took a look at my computer (newly purchased as well from Best Buy) and gave me advice on thing I did not even know about like my internet speed. He was most helpful.

Great job getting me set up! Printer was giving me instructions in German, which the tech knew how to deal with having done it before, so it got reset back to English and now I can print as needed!

BEST BUY installers are exceptional. They installed my new HP Printer and it functions as it should. I recommend the purchase of service from the Geek Squad to insure service for my laptop at peak periods of operation.
