Your personnel installed my new washer and dryer and another team set-up two new Apple MacBooks and a wireless HP laser printer all very professionally and competently.

My dealing with Diego my installer were all positive, he was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and showed me how everything worked and waited until I tried it before he left. I cannot say enough about how good this service was

Out of the blue for reasons I'll never know, I lost sound to my speakers from my computer. Days of my own efforts to figure it out were not successful. Geek Squad expert went right to work and within only a few minutes diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I again have beautiful sound from my 6-months old computer and life is sweet. Thanks. Ryan set up the printer, installed the ink heads, filled the ink tanks, connected the printer to my wi-fi and tested the printer. Was very efficient.

Also, helped me solve a few problems with my laptop which I purchased from Best Buy. Very helpful and made me feel like an important customer as she Answered every question I had.

The 2 Geek workers were at my home many days trying to set up 3-4 faulty products. They pointed it out to me that they were faulty. The last one was easy for him.

He came, he saw, he conquered the problem with my printer. He arrived on time, was thoughtful to remove his shoes. Listened to my description of the problem. It took him very little time to correct the problem. He gave me contact information should I have any further problems. He was polite and very pleasent to work with.

the agent setup my new HP printer and hauled the old one away.He did not, however, remove the old printer from the default print- and later I discovered I needed to remove the old printer from the computer in order to get consistent printing.

The technician had everything fixed & ready to go in a matter of minutes. I had spent 5 hours on the Geek Squad phone line & they kept changing me from people to people & having to start all over because no one knew how to get this set up. Thankfully, the technician who came out was the person who wrote the printer manuals, so he was very well versed in getting this fixed!

Always happy with the geeks service. We had two appointments set up for the same day. The first one was the TV. I Mentioned to the service tech that we had another tech coming out in the evening to work on our printer. He said he had some time and he fixed it. It freed up the rest of the day for us.

Agents arrived on time. The printer was set up quickly and general features were demonstrated. We are pleased with out HP Office Jet 8025e and the assistance in setting up our new printer by the agents and Best Buy.

The agent was very professional and had his identification available immediately before he came into my house. He wore his mask and maintained the appropriate six feet of social distancing. After installing my printer, he gave me the opportunity to ask questions and to print a document to make sure I was satisfied.
