Thank-you Geek Squad for providing a most competent and knowledgeable technician, thoroughly prepared to expeditiously set up my Best Buy purchases. Professional and courteous, he anticipated my questions and made valuable suggestions for future changes.

The agent was able to get my new printer up and running in a very short period of time. It was printing black pages which is the same problem I had with my old printer. The fix was beyond my comprehension of computers and printers. I wish I had had the Geek Squad look at my old printer and declare it dead before I bought the new printer. Thank you Geek Squad.

Robert Mecier arrived on time and he got my new printer working in miinutes. He also explained how to load printer ink.

Unfortunately, he started setting up the printer, but I wanted to use to print stuff off of my cell phone, and when I told him I didn’t have Wi-Fi he told me I wouldn’t be able to use the printer to do that, so he kindly put it back in the box for me, and I had to return it.

Always get geek squad help with anything you purchase! I always have and I will continue to do so. Whenever you need help they are right there. In my case they helped set up my new computer with my printer which was only a few months old. And then he demonstrated to me how to use my printer to maximum use

The agent was able to resolve my issues with connecting by Hp printer to my internet secondary to Apple’s recent upgrade’s ( after the update I was not able to connect my printer to my home internet).

Thomas did a great job of installing my new Canon D570 Image Class printer & connecting it to my Dell computer and in amazingly short order! I wish I had asked him to demonstrate its use a bit, but he didn't rush to leave and let me ask a few questions about choosing a Dell laptop.

I was having serious trouble connecting my new printer to my iMac. Andrew Sawyer from your Geek Squad came to my home and did the connection with ease. He also gave me instructions as to use the new printer with the HP app. He was very good at his job. He knows his stuff. He is a definite asset to your store. The geek guy was right on time and very courteous. He was patient with our problems and showed us what we were not doing right and how to get the printer to do what we needed from it. Very helpful service - we really appreciate what we get, when we call for Geek Squad Service and help! Because of their Geek Service, we buy everything we can from Best Buy - always worth every cent and they are always very helpful.

He put the printer onto my lap top. I asked him if he would install the printer on my I Pad and he said you can call support and they will talk you threw it. Why do I pay $199.00 a year for geek squad support and have him say no. I an not computers smart so I was not happy. I had a friend do it for $100.00 .

The same professional Geek Squad who help me set up my V600 scanner, came and helped my set up my new Epson ET=3850 printer. They were on time, gave me good instruction in how to use this new device. Daniel was my GS guy, and he is a real professional. Kudos to him as a GS representative.

Our Agent was phenomenal. What quick work he made of things and asked us questions that make our units work better than they would have had we done them ourselves.
