Technician didnt know if there was a way to fix spooling problem on my HP printer. Looked on his cell phone for a fix but didnt find anything yet I saw something on a site from microsoft but didnt quite understand how to use it. Seemed it was easier to just sell me a new cannon printer which I did buy. Best Buy should not carry Hp printers if there is no fix for this problem. This is the 2nd time I have had this problem with their brand. I will not be buying any more HP products in the future.

The agents carefully explained everything to me and took me through a training session after my setup was complete. They even explained the use of YouTube to me! They taught me how to download my cell phone pictures to my computer

I was having trouble inserting the devise that allows me to make two-sided copies, I contacted Geek Squad. The gentleman who came out tried unsuccessfully at first then turned it over and it fit perfectly. We both had been trying to insert it upside down. We both had good laugh over this. As usual, wonderful service.

my printer was installed/setup and set up to my laptop and he was very helpful made sure I knew how to use all the functions very happy

Benjamin was awesome. Prompt, pleasant, efficient & fixed my printer driver problem within 10 minutes. He even gave me good advice on using color ink (it dries out if you don’t use it). Ben arrived on time; installed my printer, and gave me the needed instructions to get printing. Was properly masked for COVID-time. Am making a list of tasks I need to figure out with my relatively-new PC loaded with Windows10 and WORD program (bought just as COVID lockdown hit, so I'm just winging it with it).

The Geek Squad has been very helpful. I had issues with setting up a new printer and was unable to get any satisfaction online. One of the techs came out to the house and the printer up and running in 30 minutes. He was also able to answer a couple of quick questions that were bothering me, and all is now good.

The Geek Squad Tech (Solomon) was very helpful. Not only did he quickly set up my new printer (which uses Wi-Fi instead of a USB cord) but he called me several days later to ask if I had any questions or issues that needed to be addressed. This is an example of excellent customer service!

I continually renew my Total Tec Support. Why? It is dynamic in every way. The Techs are well trained, never rush you and are across-the-board knowledgeable.

The Squad guys were here on time and called first. They were both personable and professional. They investigated the problem with my printer and explained to me what had gone wrong. They explained why it couldn't be repaired and listed alternative options. I was very happy with their service.

The agent was great. Hooked everything up for my 94 year old mom. Made the screen appear just like she was used to with her old Windows 7 machine. Did everything we asked and tested everything. Forgot to ask where to turn it on, so we had an issue when we shut it down. Crazy turn on button spot!

The gentleman that come out to set up my printer on the computer was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. The sales reps at the store were very caring and helped get us to the correct products. The in store tech support were also helpful. You can't ask for a better support group.

Steve was very knowledgeable and polite. He was receptive to answer every question I asked. He has returned a few times and he calmly explained what weasel wrong and showed me how to fix it in the future.

Both Jona and James were quick and efficient and very helpful. I really appreciated their patience and expertise.
