HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e printer setup was flawless, because I didn't do it. Geek Squad Agent Kevin G. of San Diego is the go to guy who made it all happen. Connected the new printer, which I highly recommend to my new iMac, iPad and iPhone. Best Buy's Total Tech support is great.

They finished setting up my printer that I was in the middle of and I couldn't finish. Also helped me with a couple of issues that I had.

Nathaniel came to our house to troubleshoot and fix a chronic problem we had been having with our printer. It turned out that we had a systematic issue with our wifi network. That problem originated with an outmoded modem supplied by our ISP. He did a topnotch job of identifying the network issues and why things were operating slowly or not at all.

Montgomery, the Geek Squad tech, did a fantastic job setting up my new HP printer. HP was having problems on its end, but he was able to go to HP Support, open up a chat with an HP agent, and get all of the issues resolved. My printer is working just fine thanks to his efforts. I could never had set it up myself.

Will was very helpful in connecting my new laptop to my new HP printer and Epson photo scanner. The HP printer, new out of the box, did not work. Will boxed it all back up and came back when it was replaced.

My technician is David G. and hes exceptional. He has serviced my computer/printer problems on a few occassions and he always goes above and beyond normal service. He helps me understand the problem and he never misses anything that needs fixing. Hes my go to guy hes great.
