Brandon, our Geek Squad installation expert, was very knowledgeable and wasted little time in the set-up of our new Epson ink-jet printer. He answered my questions as he did his work. It was so nice not having to struggle with the install and not having the knowledge or complete instructions that would have taken me all day and still would have needed to call someone else.

I needed an new desktop and monitor set up at my home, with router connection, and connections to all my peripherals, etc...INCLUDING a printer, yes. But the request was for "printer installation" and the poor tech who arrived said he was not qualified to do system work, only printers - and if I canceled it would be one to two weeks more without my main computer. I ended up doing it all myself (after paying $124 for it, grrrrrrr), but the tech was at leasat willing to doublecheck everything and I appreciated that. Count me as 95% NOT happy with this at-home order.

Kerri called before our appointment to ask what I needed done. Showed up on time. She set up my new printer & explained how to use it. Also, helped me solve a few problems with my laptop which I purchased from Best Buy. Very helpful and made me feel like an important customer as she Answered every question I had.

Thomas did a great job of installing my new Canon D570 Image Class printer & connecting it to my Dell computer and in amazingly short order! I wish I had asked him to demonstrate its use a bit, but he didn't rush to leave and let me ask a few questions about choosing a Dell laptop.

Always happy with the geeks service. We had two appointments set up for the same day. The first one was the TV. I Mentioned to the service tech that we had another tech coming out in the evening to work on our printer. He said he had some time and he fixed it. It freed up the rest of the day for us.

Geek squad is great. I have used them for many items. They professionally install and repair items. They are professional and take the time to explain how to use a product or explain an item that was repaired

Korey was his usual efficient, pleasant, professional self. He made short work of installing the printer, then thoroughly making sure it works in my system. This second step was critical, and my printer is working beautifully.

I had a problem with my HP Laserjet P1102 printer that suddenly stopped printing wireless. Jeffrey actually had to visit my printer twice to get it to print properly. First the wireless quit working so he hooked it up with a cord connection and then I had a problem printing envelopes that he got working. I was pleased that I didn't have to buy a new printer.

He came, he saw, he conquered the problem with my printer. He arrived on time, was thoughtful to remove his shoes. Listened to my description of the problem. It took him very little time to correct the problem. He gave me contact information should I have any further problems. He was polite and very pleasent to work with.

Matthew was very helpfull during the installation, answering all questions and demonstrating when needed... he is also very easy to get along with and an asset for your company.

Agent Tyler was polite, knowledgeable, and treated me very respectfully. He knows his job very well, was quick to discover the problem, and gave me options that made it easy to resolve the issue. I highly recommend him as a Geek Squad agent and am completely satisfied with my service visit.
