Always get geek squad help with anything you purchase! I always have and I will continue to do so. Whenever you need help they are right there. In my case they helped set up my new computer with my printer which was only a few months old. And then he demonstrated to me how to use my printer to maximum use

The agent was very professional and had his identification available immediately before he came into my house. He wore his mask and maintained the appropriate six feet of social distancing. After installing my printer, he gave me the opportunity to ask questions and to print a document to make sure I was satisfied.

Out of the blue for reasons I'll never know, I lost sound to my speakers from my computer. Days of my own efforts to figure it out were not successful. The Geek Squad Tech (Solomon) was very helpful. Not only did he quickly set up my new printer (which uses Wi-Fi instead of a USB cord) but he called me several days later to ask if I had any questions or issues that needed to be addressed. This is an example of excellent customer service!

The Squad guys were here on time and called first. They were both personable and professional. They investigated the problem with my printer and explained to me what had gone wrong. They explained why it couldn't be repaired and listed alternative options. I was very happy with their service.

He put the printer onto my lap top. I asked him if he would install the printer on my I Pad and he said you can call support and they will talk you threw it. Why do I pay $199.00 a year for geek squad support and have him say no. I an not computers smart so I was not happy. I had a friend do it for $100.00 .

The agent installed my printer with no problems and made sure it was working with my laptop. No problems at all.

Nice printer and easy to use. I especially like the printing ink that you add to ink wells.
