The agent , fixed my printer so it worked with all 5 devices, he fixed my internet connection so I could send e-mails, he set up my mess router and modem so I could cut the cable, he gave me excellent advise on what items to buy to make that cut possible( all from Best Buy), then with time to spare , he flew away, cape and all

The squad member set up our wi-fi access for two printers that we can access from either of our two computers. Before that the cables to the printers had connection issues for which he identified the bad usb connections. Now with wi-fi we don't immediately need the cable connections.

Korey was his usual efficient, pleasant, professional self. He made short work of installing the printer, then thoroughly making sure it works in my system. This second step was critical, and my printer is working beautifully.

Rayn, installed my wireless printer for me and did a GREAT job!!! On a scale of 1-10, I would give him a 12!! Not only did he connect my computer, but also my phone, and my wife's I-Pad. He then also fixed a glitch in my computer. I would highly recomend him for anyone else.

Printer Setup and troubleshooting. The Tec. was amazing. Right on time, Very professional, knew right away what needed to be done. Also helped me to understand how to use the equipment properly. I highly recommend the Geek Squad service.

Bought new wireless computer in January 2022. Had store transfer from old hard drive & set up new computer. Printer was not set up ( wouldn't scan, had trouble printing). printer gave me error messages. Geek Squad came out, downloaded app, fixed my problem and now printer / scanner is working.

I only got better experience after I physically went to the store and got an appointment. Prior to that, the phone calls I made were with a greeting that was like a loop then a looonng hold then the 2 techs I spoke to in India were cut off after waiting on them and letting them know my issues which they DID NOT RESOLVE. Since they have my phone #, I thought they would call but NO CALLS even though the system and the techs asked me for my phone # several times.

We were extremely impressed with our Geek Squad service to install and connect our two new office computers with our printers and our access program. there was a problem when Jose thought all was done, but he stayed and worked until that glitch got resolved. Outstanding skill and service!

Suspected Printer problem it turns out was not the problem. My laptop had a battery that was expanding. New laptop is my goal now. Technician did his best to reconnect my defunct laptop to printer until I can get a new replacement. He was great!!

After a few updates, my printer wouldn't connect to my laptop anymore. I got a HP laptop and printer so they could communicate better. I called Geek Squad and they tried to fix it over the phone but said it was another issue. A Geek Squad techician came out and made a few changes and got it to work.

Great printer and rep installed it quickly. Prints fast and quietly. Much smaller and lighter than my 12 year old HP printer
