Jeffrey Scott Newman from the Geek Squad came out and rectified a error that kept coming up when trying to print with new printer. Turned out to be a issue with the network which was rectified in a very professional manner. Very Pleased!

I'm waiting for the availability of the printer the Geek Squad agent recommended. Agent Devon was great. Very thorough in explaining why my old printer was obsolete. He said the printer I needed was not available to be delivered, so I would have to pick it up at the store when available

Fixes were completed quickly and successfully...until now. My Geek corrected the problem I was having with my printer connection as well as my TV connection. Both problems were solved with the same fix. Unfortunately, after losing power briefly, I now have the same problems. Gotta call in the Geeks again.

The agent was able to fix my printer issue, however it only lasted until the printer was turned off. Then it reverted back to the original problem. The agent did better than 6 of the printer customer service representatives. I believe had I left the printer on the agent's fix would still be working.

Agent brought in printer and taught me how to add ink. He showed me how yo scan and copy. And how to send things to the printer from my computer and phone. He showed me how to add paper and clear a jam if needed.
