The geek was skilled, efficient, friendly and quick. He did a great job and arranged all the involved cords and attachments for our computer, printer, and monitor in an organized and efficient manner on a shelf under our desk. He deserves a raise. Good job!

Walked me through the process how to use my new printer and Fax machine combo. We could not use it because we could not figure it out!

I was having trouble scanning with my Epson 6000 Series printer. The agent knew exactly what to do to correct the problem. He also did some other trouble shooting. I am so thankful for the Geek Squad as I am an "older techy" and it doesn't take much for me to get "lost".

I believe our sales person misled us regarding installation. The Geek Squad (Ron) that came stated it should’ve been a business installation not a residential. It was a condominium office that the printer was being installed at. When we were purchasing it we carefully explained the situation to the sales person, expressly stating during the install we will need some basic training of the office staff. He stated we would get that with the installation we were purchasing. We got an entirely different view from the installer from Geek Squad. He did help and do the install, but I do believe we were misled and I am not particularly happy with it.

Note: I have made several phone calls to Geek Squad and Best Buy at Alakawa Street in Honolulu and was kept on hold up to one hour without success on talking to someone, I finally went physically to the store. Very disappointing customer service.

Service at home was wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Only disappointment was not having a 1/2 hr. lesson to get to know the machine which was initially promised. Due to co-vid, it was discontinues...my only regret.

The Geek Squad person that came to our house to install our Epson ET-2850 was very helpful. Our Printer is working really well plus he helped me with some things about the printer I would not have known about. Its great Thank You Very Much!

Victor was very professional and knowledgeable in setting up my printer. He told me that if I wanted to print from my iPad I would have to buy a wireless printer. I would recommend Victor to set up your printer or whatever else you would need from Best Buy.

Geek Squad did an excellent job setting up my printer. We experienced a few problems getting the connection and without the Geek Squad I would have been lost. Highly Recommend them if your are computer equipment challenged.

The set-up was good, however, the printer kept going off line and it has to be restarted everyone if I want to access it wirelessly from my laptop computer. Geek squad mentioned I have to keep doing it this way. Not sure why there is no solution to this issue

The Technician that came out to the house was well versed in what he was doing, my printer was 12 years old & needed to be replaced. He recommended one, picked it up & installed it the same day. Easy Peasy... I'm extremely happy with the service I was provided with.

Tech was hre to show me how to put ink in my printer and get it set up for wireless use. He was here such a short time I forgot to ask him to cnnect my wireless mouse too. I am currenty still using my old mouse from my old computer!

The technician was very good, Extremely Nice, taught me my New computer, totally different from my first older one. Showed me new items, I love my backlight, but the letters won't stay large, do you know how to make them stay Larger, I forgot to ask Murray the technician. 5 star review from me.
