The agent was able to get my new printer up and running in a very short period of time. It was printing black pages which is the same problem I had with my old printer. The fix was beyond my comprehension of computers and printers. I wish I had had the Geek Squad look at my old printer and declare it dead before I bought the new printer. Thank you Geek Squad.

My installer did an outstanding job of installing my new Canon printer. He explained every step, how to properly load liquid printer ink, etc.

The printer set up went well. Shane is a great asset to your company, he is friendly, patient, and able to explain things in a way that people who are not tech savvy can understand. He has come to my home for several things and I am always glad its him when he shows up.

He also gave me instructions as to use the new printer with the HP app. He was very good at his job. He knows his stuff. He is a definite asset to your store. Jeffrey Scott Newman from the Geek Squad came out and rectified a error that kept coming up when trying to print with new printer. Turned out to be a issue with the network which was rectified in a very professional manner. Very Pleased!

Rayn, installed my wireless printer for me and did a GREAT job!!! On a scale of 1-10, I would give him a 12!! Not only did he connect my computer, but also my phone, and my wife's I-Pad. He then also fixed a glitch in my computer. I would highly recomend him for anyone else.

Geek Squad did an excellent job setting up my printer. We experienced a few problems getting the connection and without the Geek Squad I would have been lost. Highly Recommend them if your are computer equipment challenged.
