As an older senior citizen, the squad member helped me to understand my remotes and made sure I could use them correctly. I now know what to do when the printer is offline. I appreciate this at this time because of the quarantine. I am able to watch DVDs and streaming programs for entertainment, instead of continuous virus updates or boring programming on regular TV.

The Geek Squad setup my printer. They were great and fast and arrived on schedule. Never had a problem with their service. I don't like messing around and going through the learning curve to get started. They cut through the chase, and I was using it right away.

The Geek Squad installed my new printer & showed me how to use. There had been a default in the first printer I ordered & when it was installed, it did not print properly. I sent it back & ordered the same printer again & all went well.

Had Geek Squad out last minute before Total Tech Membership ended to set up a new printer. So glad I did as it was clearly more involved than I thought it would be. For someone who didn't grow up with computers their assistance is invaluable.

He looked at labtop connected to printer but couldn’t hook up the other printer it was older and I needed something from internet company. He made appointment for my labtop to be looked at and to go through it. Kyle was fast, kind and very thorough what he was doing.

On time and they did a good job. They followed all your rules and safe guards. Always polite and went about the job. I always feel lost without my printer and being able to copy from the desktop. It was easy to pay by using my Visa at the same time. They made sure they fixed or explained all my worries and concerns.

The agents were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to do everything expected even though the work order was mistakenly limited to only setting up the printer. They setup my just purchased MacBook Pro and got the networking enabled pending CenturyLink technician connecting a new modem to 5G network.

Matthew was very helpfull during the installation, answering all questions and demonstrating when needed... he is also very easy to get along with and an asset for your company.

The Geek squad arrived on time, was very kind, professional and attached my new printer to my computer & network.

The tech was great. Arrived on time, professional, knowledgable and nice. Solved the problem quickly and got my printer working again. Only downside was it took three weeks for me to get an inhome appointment. Need to hire more techs.

This is awesome because I got new hp printer was having problems with it staying online and because I have Total Tech support someone from Geek Squad came to house more than once to get problems ironed out. This is a must have program for a senior citizen!!

Jake checked my old printer, but it couldn't be fixed. He then had a new printer he sold me, installed it, and took my old printer and an old VCR player to be recycled. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was so glad this could happen in one visit!

Axel the tech setup my printer and APC Backup unit. He was the only thing that went great with this purchase. I rank ALL the problems which I had with this order a big fat 0. See all the emails 25-30 and all the hours on the phone.

CSR Chris solved the issue with my printer within minutes and was gracious enough to answer some questions on another unit issue that I thought I had but was solved by his answer. Sure is nice to have the GEEK SQUAD and reduce my intake of ADVIL.

My Geek Squad member (Luke) did a great job getting my printer to work with the new hard drive I purchased from Best Buy. I am very pleased with the hard drive and the service from Best Buy and the Geek Squad.
