Service was electronic, Unfortunately representative could not get my printer to work so I had a house call and the man did a good job, explained the problem and got things working. I also found out that I could have maintenance done electronically and not have to haul my bulky computer into the store. Appreciated that service.

Mark, the Geek Squad member, was terrific.He installed new printer, connected wi-fi, made sure it worked. did it quickly. also reconnected DVD player to wi-fi. this took him a minute or two. he is very friendly, speedy, and skilled.

The technician was on time, businesslike (in a friendly way) and dianosed and fixed the problem. When asked about another problem I had with a different computer, she quickly diagnosed it for me, so I could proceed with getting that machine working.

The gentleman who came to my home was quick and very helpful. He answered all of my questions courteously. I appreciate his thoughtfulness. It was Jessica who works in the Olympia who suggested Epson as the printer for my needs. Thank you, Jessica.

Cameron did a good job of helping me but he had a little trouble. We were able to print pictures but now when I want to print a paper I can't because it tells me to insert paper in back of printer for a picture, I don't want to print a picture I want to print words and I don't know how to switch it to front of printer.
