Axel the tech setup my printer and APC Backup unit. He was the only thing that went great with this purchase. I rank ALL the problems which I had with this order a big fat 0. See all the emails 25-30 and all the hours on the phone.

The tech was great. Arrived on time, professional, knowledgable and nice. Solved the problem quickly and got my printer working again. Only downside was it took three weeks for me to get an inhome appointment. Need to hire more techs.

The young man that came and set up my new HP printer did an excellent job. He knew his stuff and showed me all the ins and outs of the new printer. The HP Printer works perfectly and I am totally satisfied. Thanks.

Had Geek Squad out last minute before Total Tech Membership ended to set up a new printer. So glad I did as it was clearly more involved than I thought it would be. For someone who didn't grow up with computers their assistance is invaluable.

The agent , fixed my printer so it worked with all 5 devices, he fixed my internet connection so I could send e-mails, he set up my mess router and modem so I could cut the cable, he gave me excellent advise on what items to buy to make that cut possible( all from Best Buy), then with time to spare , he flew away, cape and all

The geek was skilled, efficient, friendly and quick. He did a great job and arranged all the involved cords and attachments for our computer, printer, and monitor in an organized and efficient manner on a shelf under our desk. He deserves a raise. Good job!

My Geek squad tech was wonderful. Very and after talking to me a bit helped me decide that I had bought the wrong printer for my needs. Found another one on the Best Buy website and I ordered it. Exactly what I needed. Came back a few days later abs installed it. I am very pleased with my second choice and the wonderful technician that installed it.

Nathaniel came to our house to troubleshoot and fix a chronic problem we had been having with our printer. It turned out that we had a systematic issue with our wifi network. That problem originated with an outmoded modem supplied by our ISP. He did a topnotch job of identifying the network issues and why things were operating slowly or not at all.

The Geek Guys came when they said they would, were great to work with & make everything easy

Mark, the Geek Squad member, was terrific.He installed new printer, connected wi-fi, made sure it worked. did it quickly. also reconnected DVD player to wi-fi. this took him a minute or two. he is very friendly, speedy, and skilled.

Scott (Geek rep) was very good and quick in setting up my new computer and was informative on the operation of it and also the new printer. Will call on them if I ever need further assistance.

Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable and explained to me how to use new printer.

==They didn't really get the printer working. When I try to print it gives me the message printer is off line. If I unplug the printer and plug it back in it prints. Not really what I hoped for.

Victor was very professional and knowledgeable in setting up my printer. He told me that if I wanted to print from my iPad I would have to buy a wireless printer. I would recommend Victor to set up your printer or whatever else you would need from Best Buy.

The agent set up a new printer and 2 Eero boxes. He explained different features on the printer. He also reset some of my devices that weren’t working. He called me the day before to tell me I would be his first appointment the next morning. He was punctual, courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable!

I was having trouble scanning with my Epson 6000 Series printer. The agent knew exactly what to do to correct the problem. He also did some other trouble shooting. I am so thankful for the Geek Squad as I am an "older techy" and it doesn't take much for me to get "lost".

CSR Chris solved the issue with my printer within minutes and was gracious enough to answer some questions on another unit issue that I thought I had but was solved by his answer. Sure is nice to have the GEEK SQUAD and reduce my intake of ADVIL.

The squad member set up our wi-fi access for two printers that we can access from either of our two computers. Before that the cables to the printers had connection issues for which he identified the bad usb connections. Now with wi-fi we don't immediately need the cable connections.
