The Geek Squad setup my printer. They were great and fast and arrived on schedule. Never had a problem with their service. I don't like messing around and going through the learning curve to get started. They cut through the chase, and I was using it right away.

I'm waiting for the availability of the printer the Geek Squad agent recommended. Agent Devon was great. Very thorough in explaining why my old printer was obsolete. He said the printer I needed was not available to be delivered, so I would have to pick it up at the store when available

This is awesome because I got new hp printer was having problems with it staying online and because I have Total Tech support someone from Geek Squad came to house more than once to get problems ironed out. This is a must have program for a senior citizen!!

The Technician that came out to the house was well versed in what he was doing, my printer was 12 years old & needed to be replaced. He recommended one, picked it up & installed it the same day. Easy Peasy... I'm extremely happy with the service I was provided with.

Jason was so kind & patient with this old lady getting my printer set up & made sure everything was working correctly before leaving me to it.

Agent Matt installed my HP printer and took away the old HP one. Was patient with the printer and me. The manner in which he handled the installation convinced me I needed on going services of Geek Squad. I signed up for the service contract.

He looked at labtop connected to printer but couldn’t hook up the other printer it was older and I needed something from internet company. He made appointment for my labtop to be looked at and to go through it. Kyle was fast, kind and very thorough what he was doing.

The technician was on time, businesslike (in a friendly way) and dianosed and fixed the problem. When asked about another problem I had with a different computer, she quickly diagnosed it for me, so I could proceed with getting that machine working.

chad installed my printer---he did an outstanding job. he was very thorough, and was very patient with me as i am older than dirt, and this high tech stuff is above my pay grade. very nice and considerate, above and beyond

The gentleman who came to my home was quick and very helpful. He answered all of my questions courteously. I appreciate his thoughtfulness. It was Jessica who works in the Olympia who suggested Epson as the printer for my needs. Thank you, Jessica.

The agent was able to fix my printer issue, however it only lasted until the printer was turned off. Then it reverted back to the original problem. The agent did better than 6 of the printer customer service representatives. I believe had I left the printer on the agent's fix would still be working.

My HP printer had been connected to wifi in a former winter condo but I was unable to get it on line here at home. Ben from Geek Squad solved the problem quickly and also explained what had been happening. He called in advance so I knew exactly when he would arrive, was masked and safe, and very polite and well spoken.

Jake checked my old printer, but it couldn't be fixed. He then had a new printer he sold me, installed it, and took my old printer and an old VCR player to be recycled. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was so glad this could happen in one visit!

Printer setup was done in a very efficient manner. So happy with the results.

Fixes were completed quickly and successfully...until now. My Geek corrected the problem I was having with my printer connection as well as my TV connection. Both problems were solved with the same fix. Unfortunately, after losing power briefly, I now have the same problems. Gotta call in the Geeks again.

Juan was the Geek who drew the job of installing my new HP printer. He was a professional's professional. He is competent, efficient and thorough. I will always be a Total Tech member.
