Michael, the agent was wonderful. He was right on time, patient, and intelligent. He explained the printer usage very well. Thank you very much. I will definitely purchase again from Best Buy, and suggest using Best Buy for their technical needs as well. Your services are very much appreciated in all facets.

Chris could not get my printer to connect to print and so he talked to his supervisor and he got me a new printer and it hooked up fine. Chris was extremely helpful and didn’t give up wanting a satisfied customer. He is an asset to Geek Squad! 5 stars!

Chaz quickly assessed the problem with my computer not being able to scan documents. He resolved the problem and demonstrated the result in a manner that I was able to understand. If I have any computer problems I will request that Chaz be scheduled to work the issue.

Our technician (Christopher) was terrific! He kept us posted on the timing of his visit and he was exactly on time. He was very careful setting up our printer and showing us everything about it, including what to do to replace the ink. I highly recommend Christopher, the Geek Squad and Best Buy.

Agent Shay was excellent. He came to reconnect my new printer to my computer. He changed some connections that will make it easier to connect to wifi when we move. He spent a lot of time answering questions and demonstrating things that will be helpful in the future. Great experience.

I had the Geek Squad get my printer working right. It crashed after a power failure and all my tricks for getting it going didn't work. He was on time and finished in about 10 minutes. The only down side is waiting 3 weeks for the service. But I understand why, it was during Christmas season.

What a wonderful experience. Our printer was set up quickly and efficiently and all our devices were connected when he left. He tested the printer and in the process showed me how to do all the little everyday things like loading the paper, change cartridges etc.

took care of installing my canon lazer printer. returned it because it was to complicated for me. thought bigger ink cartridge's would be better. also was told after set up that i needed special photo paper and it wasn't sold in best buy.it printed black and white fine but i didn't get the proper paper to try color photos.

The agent undid the errors done at Best Buy store. I took my computer in because it was infected with Malware. In store people removed Malware but I could no longer access emails or the Internet. The agent fixed those errors and also gave me instructions on a couple of problems I was having with my printer. He was magic man!!!!
