Patient and thorough set up . Thanks! The issues with actually receiving the order via the website were tough though, and Best Buy needs to work on its ordering system as it took a major expenditure of energy on our part to actually get our order fulfilled in time to get it before the Geek squad was set to come.

The Geek Squad technician called me several times - prior to my appointment day and the morning of to keep me informed on their arrival time. They were very polite and respectful of my property. They were efficient in their servicing my printer and explained what they were doing and found.

Agent Michael was really helpful connecting our printer to wifi, because we had tried 2 previous printers with awful tech support from epson and Spectrum. That is why we purchased the Brother printer from Best Buy and installation with Geek Squad. Thanks to Agent Michael, we finally have a printer working.

This rating is because of the Geek Squad but is directed at the Chromebook I am working on. This Chromebook keeps kicking out settings for my printer which keeps changing the IP address especially after an update. However, he did teach me how to get the scanner up and running & how to get both printer & scanner working again when they do change the IP address. Great job Geek Squad!!! :-)

My printer would not connect to my wireless or my phone. After trying multiple times, William determined it was the printer. Since it took awhile to determine the problem I wanted him to return to setup the new one. I purchased my new printer from BB. William returned, set it up, and its working perfectly.
