The Geek Squad man set up my printer to my computer and checked everything out.

Roy Love from Geek Squad was the best! He called me the day before to confirm he was coming, and also about an hour before he was due. He was very professional, showed me exactly how to use my new printer and made sure that I knew how to perform the basic functions. If I have need of service from Geek Squad, I always ask for Roy, even if I have to wait a day or so-he is worth waiting for!

Everything went well- and Kyle did a great job pf solving my printer problem---------BUT this request for a review is the FOURTH time you have sent such a request it to me, AND I responded to the first 3!!!!!!!!!! The agent kept us aware of his arrival and I had let him know ok to come early. He did arrive early and went to work to set up printer with fax. He then connected 2 computers and our cell phones. Very efficient, courteous and pleasant agent.

Brandon got my printer hooked up and working in a short time. Made sure everything was working properly and also ensured I knew how everything worked. Very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and made sure I was happy with the setup.

The young man who came to my house to help set up my new printer was excellent--he found the problem within a few mins. He also gave me some pointers on shortcuts to scan & print. He was so nice & very patient with me when explaining things to me. I really appreciated that.

Your agent arrived exactly when scheduled and disinfected whatever needed. He was very professional and even though the printer was working when he arrived he basically gave me a back door to my printer and it has worked without fail since he left. I am very happy with this service and would do it again if necessary.

Thomas, the Geek Squad professional who visited my highrise flat to address a WiFi connection issue in rooms where the router was not located, recommended and installed a mesh system. I again have WiFi access for my computers and printer again - and speed is consistent throughout my flat!

The Geek Squad tech correctly diagnosed the problem with my printer, which was that it had a bad wireless card. Unfortunately, he indicated that Best Buy’s cost of repair wouldn’t justify doing it as I could get a new printer for about the same cost. I have another electronics repair shop I have sometimes used and they were able to repair the printer at a cost sufficiently below the cost of replacement to justify the repair.

Desktop and printer were feuding and wouldn't talk to each other. Nothing I tried would solve the situation. I made an appointment with the Geek Guy. He arrived at the appointed time and had the situation resolved in about 15 to 20 minutes. If you have a problem, call the Geek Squad. I vouch for them.

Adam S. was on time for the appointment. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. The tech was very knowledgeagle about my printer and the end result recommendation was to purchase a new printer and he would come back and fully instrall it for me.

Set up was quick - but I had no paper and Needed to practice using device st least в couple or three times to remember how it works-

The desktop was in the shop for a week and we knew that the wireless printer would not be connected to desktop when it came home. The agent at the store got me an appointment 2 days after I got the desktop home! It was supposed to be 2 weeks. The agent came in the house connected the printer and fixed the wifi problem all within an half hour. It was slick.

The setup and transfer of data went off ok but when she was done, once again the fax picked up when the voice mail came on. Thankful after a few tries I was able to get it working again. Now it only picks up when the printer hears that fax noise. Also she didn't check to see if there were any updates to be added to the dell tower and there were. Thankfully, my brother, in Virginia was able to guide me through the process to update the dell files which was completed.
