The 2 Geek Squad gentlemen were amazing, They were on time for my appt. They went straight to work and explained to me everything they were doing then made sure I understood what they did, Highly Recommend anyone that needs help you can trust the geek squad

The geek squad tech was on time and very capable. Since my new printer had wireless capabilities he managed to get all of my devices connected and working. The printer also has faxing ability and the tech also got that working. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Excellent service. Technician was on time. He was knowledgeable and curteous. He explained my issue in understandable terms, and walked me through the process, asking if I was comfortable or if I needed further instruction. All in all, i am very satisfied eith the visit

My printer was not working. It sat for a long time and I was told at the counter it might not be fixable. The trouble shooter fixed it and made sure it was working and corrected the incorrect info I got from in store employees and gave tips on operation and maintenance.

Hector did this job with perfection He is very knowleagble of the systems. His experience is very evident when he accomplishes the task ahead of him, Very polite and helpful

The agent set up my printer and did a thorough check of my printing issues and connected all my devices. He was very thorough, helpful, courteous, and made sure all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

WAS ABLE TO GET THE JOB COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER

This was the second installation Mike did for us. He provided his phone number when he left and both times I was grateful to have it because I had a question which he was quick to respond to. We have had no problems with his work.

Agent quickly found and the corrected the printer problem.

The gentleman was very, very nice and very, very informative. I have very little technology knowledge, and he did not make me feel stupid in any way! I love the Geek Squad! Tyler came and set up my HP printer quickly and easily. Tyler then tested all the features to show me and to make sure everything was working. I have the Total Tech package with Best Buy and I highly recommend it.

My installer did an outstanding job of installing my new Canon printer. He explained every step, how to properly load liquid printer ink, etc.

Juan was the Geek who drew the job of installing my new HP printer. He was a professional's professional. He is competent, efficient and thorough. I will always be a Total Tech member.

Kurt was efficient and knowledgable. He quickly analyzed the computer to printer problem and corrected it. In addition he was thoughtful enough to don his plastic booties as there were showers when he arrived.

Great wish you were not stopping the geek squad that is really what got me to shop Best Buy there’s a lot of competition out there good luck

Drew was very helpful and worked hard to fix the printer. Unfortunately the printer was not repairable. He connected an IPad for me also to my router. He explains things well to seniors trying to understand tech.

Daniel, the BB tech came to my house and installed my new Epson printer and showed me several ways to do quick scan and photo print, etc. He was very patient with me and even came back on his own to help me with another problem I was having.

Agent showed up at my home very professional in his field of work, found my problem connected my printer after 3 years of not having it connected, he got it done in no time educated me on what to look for if I ever have any issues. I thank you Best Buy for this service where someone can come to the house and service products you cannot get to store to fix.

Chad Mobley corrected our problem of printing from our I pad. We can now print from the I pad without any problems
