I had the Geek Squad get my printer working right. It crashed after a power failure and all my tricks for getting it going didn't work. He was on time and finished in about 10 minutes. The only down side is waiting 3 weeks for the service. But I understand why, it was during Christmas season.

The Geek Squad tech was in time and did a terrific job in a short amount of time. I was extremely happy with the service.

I love the Geek Squad! Tyler came and set up my HP printer quickly and easily. Tyler then tested all the features to show me and to make sure everything was working. I have the Total Tech package with Best Buy and I highly recommend it.

The agent had my new printer working within 2 minutes. There was an IP problem preventing me from finishing the printer setup and in explaining my issue, he knew exactly what to do. Very knowledgeable and efficient, friendly and professional. Thrilled to have geek squad.

Geek Squad fixed my printers that went off line & got us back working in no time at all. Problem was caused when the electric went out. Tried all sorts of ways to fix it ourselves. Geek Squad came to the rescue once again. Thanks so much. The Tech was fantastic.

The Geek Squad technician called me several times - prior to my appointment day and the morning of to keep me informed on their arrival time. They were very polite and respectful of my property. They were efficient in their servicing my printer and explained what they were doing and found.

Adam S. was on time for the appointment. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. The tech was very knowledgeagle about my printer and the end result recommendation was to purchase a new printer and he would come back and fully instrall it for me.

Technician Bradley did an amazing job of setting up my printer, computer, etc. He was highly knowledgeable, efficient and polite. He would be my first choice anytime in the future!

The young man who came to my house to help set up my new printer was excellent--he found the problem within a few mins. He also gave me some pointers on shortcuts to scan & print. He was so nice & very patient with me when explaining things to me. I really appreciated that.

I'm happy to report the setup was performed on time. The printer has functioned flawlessly so I'm pleased with that as well.

Daniel, the BB tech came to my house and installed my new Epson printer and showed me several ways to do quick scan and photo print, etc. He was very patient with me and even came back on his own to help me with another problem I was having.

THANK GOD YOUR GUYS CAME OUT. FRONTIER WAS IN MY HOUSE 3 WEEKS AGO AND CHANGED SPECTRUM TO FRONTIER, WELL THEY NEVER UNPLUGED SPECTRUM FROM MY COMPUTER AND MY PRINTER WOULD NOT WORK BECAUSE I WAS STILL HOOKED UP TO BOTH CABLE COMPANYS. The best service I ever had from Geek squad. Derek was thorough, polite and explained different features. Very open and responsive to any question I had asked.

The service, installing my new printer was fine, though it was disrupted due to an emergency with one of the tecs. However we rescheduled an appointment that was successful .

Patient and thorough set up . Thanks! The issues with actually receiving the order via the website were tough though, and Best Buy needs to work on its ordering system as it took a major expenditure of energy on our part to actually get our order fulfilled in time to get it before the Geek squad was set to come.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Frank Zappella of the Geek Squad. Frank set up my Mac when I purchased it and again my printer. He is very knowledgeable and patient with my questions.
