I had asked Matthew of the Geek Squad to resolve why my Printer wouldn’t Print…!!! Two previous Geek Squad fellas may have did whatever; but, No Major because Matthew did a Stellar Job getting me Set Up and Printing…!! The Two previous fellas did a fine job aswell…!!!

As usual, the Geek Squad measures up. Hooked up printer, explained usage (and pointed out one deficit in that the printer cannot sit idle for extended periods without the ink drying up).

Chad Mobley corrected our problem of printing from our I pad. We can now print from the I pad without any problems

The geek squad at the Holmdel NJ store are great! The gentleman I worked with with was Bobby, and he was absolutely incredible, extremely knowledgeable, very attentive and explained everything to me,since I am a senior. I will always go there. Thank you, Bobby!

The agent reviewed our set up the printer and connected the printer to our computer. He also, reviewed, and advised us on issues we had with an email address we no longer use. The agent’s explanation was at our level of understanding; being that we are in our 70s and not tech savvy.

Geek Squad technician Christopher Herrera set-up New printer to work wireless with our New All-in-one computer. Did away with all the unnecessary wiring and walked us thru all it's uses. Highly recommend his services

They were on time and did it rather quickly. Answered any questions I had.

I had them out 3 times. Not their fault, it was caused by problems at my house. All af the techs were way above and beyond 100 %

Our tech figured it out pretty quickly. When we bought the Printer, years ago, we were able to set it up ourselves, but over the years and new computers, we could never get it working again. What a relief to just hit print from anywhere in the house.

We failed to insure that I could use the printer to scan from my Computer. We did scan just using the printer, but not computer to Printer. I had a cannon printer for about ten years and it went south on me about year and a half ago. Naturally this is the Cannon my computer tried to contact.

Printer problem fix very quickly. Tech showed up on time and fixed my printer in tmlely matter. I thought it would be an easy fix but took some expertice to fix that's why I like Geek squad. Thanks

The Geek Squad came to set up a new printer. They set it up quickly and connected it to all our devices. They also cleaned out some excess files on our computer. Finally they sped up our wi-fi and improved the streaming on our smart TVs. We were exceptionally pleased with their performance.

purchased a backup hard drive .... made appointment and took my laptop to your store to find out how to use it.....agent was great. Had everything up and running in a few minutes. Tried working on line and I "will not' use that again.....hate talking to a foreign speaking agent.....and hate giving information to them.....

The Geek Squad member easily set up our printer, paring it to our PC and mobile phones, and was very patient answering all our questions. It was a pleasure to have him at our home.

Shad was my rep. He was very good about explaining everything to me . also help me with a couple of orders the i had to get. I would recommend him. i appreciated the extra work he had to do to.

Geek came and installed my printer and helped me test the apps I frequently use. Excellent. Just he did not install a cord/wire properly and I now have the cord slung on top of my desk. As I cannot bend or kneel, am stuck pushing the cord/wire out of my way. It's annoying

The agent reviewed my computer to determine why it was not sending print messages to the printer after a Geek Squad technician had tried to do the same. The tech had to manipulate some commands on the printer. The printer worked fine for about a week.

The agent set up printer and connected it to my computer in rapid time. He also arrived early, a real plus. I have had problems with printer staying connected but do not believe the agent has anything to do with that. I think it is in printer.

I couldn’t of asked for better help with my new computer and gearing my printer set up. He was on time, checked in with me before arriving, and sat down, explained everything to me, did a test print, then offered help with anything else I might need. 5 star!!
