The tech arrived as scheduled, had everything set up in a short time with no problems. He was very courteous and friendly. He answered every question we had. The process from his arriving to leaving took no more than 30 minutes and done. Printer working great.

The GS technicians do an outstanding job. My only complaint is with the 800 number. Either our local Best Buy needs to up their game in answering phone calls and communication or the 800 national team needs to up their game. Communication is poor. If you were to ask how I would rate the call center I would have to rate it -1. Sorry.

Steve showed up exactly when he said he would. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went right to work and "wizz,bam" he was done. I would recommend him to all. I forgot to mention he was here to set up my printer along with my new laptop.

The product I purchased was a home visit by the Geek Squad. Dan was excellent! He showed me how my computer worked with new software and connected both of my printers to my computer and smart phone. Dan is the best. Please send him the next time I need a Geek Squad visit.

The agent Paul, came to our house and looked at oven-range, took measurements and determined that a new down draft oven-range could go in in its place. He did an excellent job of arranging everything and answering our questions. He was very knowledgeable on the subject.

The printer setup was excellent. The technician wore a mask and explained as much as he could. He was patient and thorough, and even though he was late called before he came. He connected it wirelessly and with a wire. I am very satisfied.

I requested help from the Geek Squad for a computer problem. The next day a very competent lady came to my home and fixed the problem.

installed my new printer and demonstrated how to use it. a couple of days later a program failed to work, he came back and corrected whatever was stopping it from working.

The agent installed my printer with no problems and made sure it was working with my laptop. No problems at all.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Frank Zappella of the Geek Squad. Frank set up my Mac when I purchased it and again my printer. He is very knowledgeable and patient with my questions.

Geek Squad set up printer quickly and accurately. Laptop has limited connection options and required a splitter which I was able to purchase and connect easily between printer and computer. Very happy with Geek Squad service.

Tristan (I apologize if spelled wrong) did a great job working on my computer and was very patient with my questions. The only problem I have is with Microsoft. I am paying for Office and am unable to use it. Tristan even had me contact them with no result. I've tried calling Best Buy but left on hold...would really love to use what I pay for. Suggestions?

Thanks to the Geek squad agent that helped me to better understand how to print my pictures. He was very patient with and old lady who did not grow up with computers and each time they improve them it is making it harder for us old folks.

After two days of talking to the Geek Squad on the phone, Don arrived and rescued me. He had my printer hooked up to my computer and my iPad in about 10 minutes. I cannot thank him enough for his promptness, his professionalism, and for the way he explained everything to me.
