The agent we had was very friendly and willing to actually listen to what we needed. We have had other geek squad agents out to our home for the same issues and they never would get everything resolved. This gentleman made sure everything was checked off our list and we were happy! We had an amazing experience!!!

After switching from AT&T to Spectrum, my printer no longer connected to my devices or the Net. Spectrum so much as said that this was my problem, not there’s as Spectrum, unlike AT&T does not do this. As soon as my monthly rates increase, I will change back to AT&T. I also had to purchase a router from BB that greatly improved the TV signal. I can always rely on BB.

Amanda went above and beyond the call of Duty, she was nice and well mannered in my home. I would recommend to come to my Home anytime I had a problem.

The agent setup my printer. He also set it up so I can print from my computer, phone and tablet. He explained what he was doing and showed me different features on the printer. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with the Geek Squad service.

When you finakkt get someone, they are very professional. However, I have had to have service because (even the Geeks admit) the machine is a dud, and has problems that can't be fixed. They had to do work around. The machine was highly recommended by the salesman who sold it to us. We will NEVER take advice at Best Buy again !

The Geek Squad worked on my computer at the store and upgraded my windows 8. Everything worked great when they were done, but I needed a little more done to it and was told I could get a service call at my house, which I did. The service representative got everything "fine tuned" for me and now I feel like I have new computer.
