Everything went well- and Kyle did a great job pf solving my printer problem---------BUT this request for a review is the FOURTH time you have sent such a request it to me, AND I responded to the first 3!!!!!!!!!! Our tech figured it out pretty quickly. When we bought the Printer, years ago, we were able to set it up ourselves, but over the years and new computers, we could never get it working again. What a relief to just hit print from anywhere in the house.

I had asked Matthew of the Geek Squad to resolve why my Printer wouldn’t Print…!!! Two previous Geek Squad fellas may have did whatever; but, No Major because Matthew did a Stellar Job getting me Set Up and Printing…!! The Two previous fellas did a fine job aswell…!!!

The geek squad at the Holmdel NJ store are great! The gentleman I worked with with was Bobby, and he was absolutely incredible, extremely knowledgeable, very attentive and explained everything to me,since I am a senior. I will always go there. Thank you, Bobby!

The agent set up printer and connected it to my computer in rapid time. He also arrived early, a real plus. I have had problems with printer staying connected but do not believe the agent has anything to do with that. I think it is in printer.

Desktop and printer were feuding and wouldn't talk to each other. Nothing I tried would solve the situation. I made an appointment with the Geek Guy. He arrived at the appointed time and had the situation resolved in about 15 to 20 minutes. If you have a problem, call the Geek Squad. I vouch for them.

He reprogrammed my printer so it would print. Trouble stemmed from old Brother info still in computer.

They got Sonos working but… Gave me some information ob the Sonos port streaming box. They said if would link my phonograph player to Sonos without needing anything else. Actually turns out I need an amplifier also. May have to return it.

Nancy and Jackie are simply the best. I would give them 10 stars! They set up my printer, made sure it was connected to the computer, and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently.

Your agent arrived exactly when scheduled and disinfected whatever needed. He was very professional and even though the printer was working when he arrived he basically gave me a back door to my printer and it has worked without fail since he left. I am very happy with this service and would do it again if necessary.

Appt. w/Cassidy of Geek Sq. yesterday PM -- helped me w/my problem(s) with my HP Pavillion - instructed me in changing fonts, opening and closing emails and computer. Steve showed up exactly when he said he would. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went right to work and "wizz,bam" he was done. I would recommend him to all. I forgot to mention he was here to set up my printer along with my new laptop.

The agent reviewed my computer to determine why it was not sending print messages to the printer after a Geek Squad technician had tried to do the same. The tech had to manipulate some commands on the printer. The printer worked fine for about a week.

Geek Squad set up printer quickly and accurately. Laptop has limited connection options and required a splitter which I was able to purchase and connect easily between printer and computer. Very happy with Geek Squad service.

Solved problems and made suggestions to improve our WIFI reception in the house. Certainly look forward to working with Jeff again. We appreciate his knowledge and patience.

The setup and transfer of data went off ok but when she was done, once again the fax picked up when the voice mail came on. Thankful after a few tries I was able to get it working again. Now it only picks up when the printer hears that fax noise. Also she didn't check to see if there were any updates to be added to the dell tower and there were. Thankfully, my brother, in Virginia was able to guide me through the process to update the dell files which was completed.

Geek squad set up my printer on all devices.. They are the best..

The printer setup was excellent. The technician wore a mask and explained as much as he could. He was patient and thorough, and even though he was late called before he came. He connected it wirelessly and with a wire. I am very satisfied.

Geek Squad service vas exceptional, the gentleman was professional and knowledgeable, went over and beyond what was expected of him.
