William from the Geek Squad sanswered all of my questions and resolved my problem.

the agent integrated the printer with my laptop and it printed when he left. Unfortunately, today (the first time I used it since the set-up)--it stopped mid-printer went into error mode and no longer works!!

Two Geek squad members set up our new Laser Brother Printer so we could print out from our phones, IPad, and several computers. It took about 45 minutes to download the relevant information and software on our computers. All was successfully updated and functioning as it should.

The Geek Squad Agent brought the new printer with him to my house and installed it He had all the necessary tools and equipment needed to do the job successfully. Really appreciated by us.

The agent set up my new Epson Printer and explained the instructions very well and also to my 2 P.C.s. Had posted time when he was on his way. Was well pleased with the service. I am definitely glad I decided to join Best Buy's Geek Squad.

The agent set up my new PC and wireless printer/copier. Added the program/app for the scanner. Made sure everything worked, having me open my programs, showed my how to print to the wireless printer from my iPad and iPhone. Exception service.

The tech completed the setup for my new wireless HP printer. He took the time to show me how to open and install the ink cartridges and how to operate using the HP software. He answered all my questions and covered everything needed to use the printer. It was a pleasure to work with him.

My previous printer (barely over a year old) got a paper jam that couldn't be unjammed, so Best Buy replaced it and Jose connected it to my wifi. My only complaint is that it took a few weeks before an appointment could be made for the replacement to be connected.

The agents figured out the problem with my printer immediately upon hearing my problem. I have POOR internet service and weak signal. My wireless printer worked sometimes and not other times. They hard wired it and haven't had another problem. Thanks!!!!

The Geek Squad was great & on time! They came in and had everything connected & the wireless working in a short period of time. First time they came to do the printer. they found something wrong with my printer, so I exchanged it. 2nd time all went well!

Nancy and Jackie are simply the best. I would give them 10 stars! They set up my printer, made sure it was connected to the computer, and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently.
