WHEN JACOB WAS ABLE TO GET BACK , HE DID A GREAT JOB OF SETTING MY PRINTER UP AND SHOWED ME WHAT TO DO IF I HAVE PROMBLEMS

Not only did Chris efficiently reset our printers as needed, but he also detected a defect that needed addressing. He is helpful and enjoys sharing tips; excellent technical knowledge.

The tech arrived as scheduled, had everything set up in a short time with no problems. He was very courteous and friendly. He answered every question we had. The process from his arriving to leaving took no more than 30 minutes and done. Printer working great.

I couldn’t of asked for better help with my new computer and gearing my printer set up. He was on time, checked in with me before arriving, and sat down, explained everything to me, did a test print, then offered help with anything else I might need. 5 star!!

The gentleman was very, very nice and very, very informative. I have very little technology knowledge, and he did not make me feel stupid in any way! The agent reviewed our set up the printer and connected the printer to our computer. He also, reviewed, and advised us on issues we had with an email address we no longer use. The agent’s explanation was at our level of understanding; being that we are in our 70s and not tech savvy.

They are always on time kind and helpful. Spend what ever time it takes to solve the problem.

Geek came and installed my printer and helped me test the apps I frequently use. Excellent. Just he did not install a cord/wire properly and I now have the cord slung on top of my desk. As I cannot bend or kneel, am stuck pushing the cord/wire out of my way. It's annoying

We were delighted to welcome him into our house to help us make sense of connecting our printer to our computers via our internet service. We are not technologically talented! We are old and ill-informed. He was respectful, patient, and very, very efficient in leaving us with the connections we needed.

Roy Love from Geek Squad was the best! He called me the day before to confirm he was coming, and also about an hour before he was due. He was very professional, showed me exactly how to use my new printer and made sure that I knew how to perform the basic functions. If I have need of service from Geek Squad, I always ask for Roy, even if I have to wait a day or so-he is worth waiting for!

The agent Paul, came to our house and looked at oven-range, took measurements and determined that a new down draft oven-range could go in in its place. He did an excellent job of arranging everything and answering our questions. He was very knowledgeable on the subject.

Arturo, the technical support, Geek Squad, is the best. He takes the time to explain how to use the printer.

The wireless printer purchased along with my new computer was set up flawlessly by the Geek Squad agent and works well. No issues printing from the computer, I-phones, or I-pads..Very Pleased

The product I purchased was a home visit by the Geek Squad. Dan was excellent! He showed me how my computer worked with new software and connected both of my printers to my computer and smart phone. Dan is the best. Please send him the next time I need a Geek Squad visit.

The desktop was in the shop for a week and we knew that the wireless printer would not be connected to desktop when it came home. The agent at the store got me an appointment 2 days after I got the desktop home! It was supposed to be 2 weeks. The agent came in the house connected the printer and fixed the wifi problem all within an half hour. It was slick.

The Geek Squad came to set up a new printer. They set it up quickly and connected it to all our devices. They also cleaned out some excess files on our computer. Finally they sped up our wi-fi and improved the streaming on our smart TVs. We were exceptionally pleased with their performance.
