Tech did good job, also answered question about TV I bought in 2021, and had cord to connect monitor to desktop. Only problem is we had power fluctuation a few days later and printer went offline (wifi) connection. I put call in but it hasn't been returned.

Joe is a great tech! He knew what to do to reset my printers from the last time I had to bring in my new laptop for more service. When that latest service again left my printers disconnected, Joe did a very timely visit to get it running smoothly again. I highly recommend Joe!

The agent set up my new printer and made sure its connection to other devices were correct so I could print from other locations in my house.

The agent who arrived to clean up a PC and printer was so knowledgeable, trusted, and had so much patience and respect for us and in answering our questions. My questions were answered in terms I understood. In addition he offered advice to consider for future technologies.

Both techs did an exceptional job installing our printer. I interrputed printing and thus the reason for return trip of second tech.

The agent transferred all my info on my old laptop to my new laptop and also connected my new laptop to my new printer. He showed me how to get to everything and was ver patient with me. He was super in answering all my questions in a way I could understand it.

The Installation Technician Dylan Dixon provided exceptional service, with regard to the Installation of my printer. Additionally, Dylan was a true professional, knowledgeable, and provided an abundance of suggestions and advice in utilizing my printer, as well as my desktop computer.

Our printer went offline and Taylor Beldyga fixed the problem easily. After he had recently installed our new computer and wireless printer, I replaced the router and didn’t know how to connect it to the new network. Still learning. We have his number.

I was having internet connection problems and non of my “connected devices” were actually connected. The Geek Squad hit me reconnected to all my devices by moving some of my wireless mesh routers to a better location. Everything works fine now.

The Geek guy arrived and went to work! He was wonderful and top notch! He fixed a couple things that had been bugging me. Then he hooked up my laptop so I could print things from it. He was very easy to talk to! Always let me know what he was doing.

The gentleman who did our set-up communicated well in advance of his arrival; arrived on time; was courteous, friendly, competent, and efficient; and left us with contact information in case we had follow-up questions. He was respectful of our needs, our property, and our time.

Not only did Chris efficiently reset our printers as needed, but he also detected a defect that needed addressing. He is helpful and enjoys sharing tips; excellent technical knowledge.

Agent is wonderful. However, I am informed the Geek Squad in Saratoga will no longer be servicing Plattsburgh, NY (where the profitable Best Buy is closing much to the community’s dismay). To date, I have received no info where my Geek Squad will be coming from to Plattsburgh??????

The Geek Squad associate was wonderful. He had to come back to finish setting up the new laptop and existing printer because I had to switch internet providers.
