The tech set up my printer and sync’d my computer. He was quick, knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. I would recommend Geek Squad to anyone. BTW, your Total Tech Service Program is worth every dime!

Agent showed up at my home very professional in his field of work, found my problem connected my printer after 3 years of not having it connected, he got it done in no time educated me on what to look for if I ever have any issues. purchased a backup hard drive .... made appointment and took my laptop to your store to find out how to use it.....agent was great. Had everything up and running in a few minutes. Tried working on line and I "will not' use that again.....hate talking to a foreign speaking agent.....and hate giving information to them.....

The agent set up my new PC and wireless printer/copier. Added the program/app for the scanner. Made sure everything worked, having me open my programs, showed my how to print to the wireless printer from my iPad and iPhone. Exception service.
