I had to have someone come hookup my printer for cloud printing on a google computer and they said google has choosen to not use cloud printing because its a beta service.So they took cloud print off my computer and now i can just use any printer.

Technician found the problem immediately and had everything working in a matter of minutes. He also walked me through how to print from my phone, iPad, and computer making sure that I knew exactly how to operate my device before he left. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

The agent who came to my house, Trey, was very helpful. I haven’t been able to get my printer hooked up for months. Trey came in and got it all figured out and even helped walk me though what to do if this happens again. Being a total tech member is totally worth it!

Anthony was fantastic-Connected all my devices, meet you at woodworking, showed me how to use them and resolve the problems that no one else has been able to handle… Including the Geek Squad on the phone. It was worth purchasing the contract just to have him!

The service gentleman had my new printer hooked up & ready to use in a very timely manner. He also solved an iPad issue that I had been struggling with, & he took my old printer to dispose of. All in all, a very positive experience!
