Completed set up of newly purchased HP printer and wifi connectivity.

The GS technicians do an outstanding job. My only complaint is with the 800 number. Either our local Best Buy needs to up their game in answering phone calls and communication or the 800 national team needs to up their game. Communication is poor. If you were to ask how I would rate the call center I would have to rate it -1. Sorry.

The Tech I had was the best ever. He was so courteous, and prompt. He explained everything to me very patiently. He treated me as if I was part if his family. I am so thrilled to have my equipment working . Thank you Nhan.

The Geek expert delivered my new printer, installed it, answered my questions and gave me a few tips on using it.

Simply the best...knowledgeable, efficient and finished with time to spare. This service was excellant. This is the first time I have been able to have a fax at home without an additional line. Wish I could put Yuneisy Flores on retainer!

The agent setup my printer. He also set it up so I can print from my computer, phone and tablet. He explained what he was doing and showed me different features on the printer. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with the Geek Squad service.

Thanks to the Geek squad agent that helped me to better understand how to print my pictures. He was very patient with and old lady who did not grow up with computers and each time they improve them it is making it harder for us old folks.

The Geek Squad was great & on time! They came in and had everything connected & the wireless working in a short period of time. First time they came to do the printer. they found something wrong with my printer, so I exchanged it. 2nd time all went well!

I was having internet connection problems and non of my “connected devices” were actually connected. The Geek Squad hit me reconnected to all my devices by moving some of my wireless mesh routers to a better location. Everything works fine now.

The agents figured out the problem with my printer immediately upon hearing my problem. I have POOR internet service and weak signal. My wireless printer worked sometimes and not other times. They hard wired it and haven't had another problem. Thanks!!!!

The guys did a great job installing my window air conditioner. Works well for the room size. I probably could have gone up to a larger BTU but it does the trick at night in my bedroom.

Tech did good job, also answered question about TV I bought in 2021, and had cord to connect monitor to desktop. Only problem is we had power fluctuation a few days later and printer went offline (wifi) connection. I put call in but it hasn't been returned.

My previous printer (barely over a year old) got a paper jam that couldn't be unjammed, so Best Buy replaced it and Jose connected it to my wifi. My only complaint is that it took a few weeks before an appointment could be made for the replacement to be connected.

Delivery and set-up of our purchased products from Best Buy was amazing when offered, it made the adjustment to adding a new HP LaserJet Printer a more stable decision and less hassle.

The agent we had was very friendly and willing to actually listen to what we needed. We have had other geek squad agents out to our home for the same issues and they never would get everything resolved. This gentleman made sure everything was checked off our list and we were happy! We had an amazing experience!!!

Installer went out of his way to setup new printer, put old printer in our car for donation, and took the box. He also ensured all three computers were updated with the new printer software.

Caleb was great! He set up my printer, demonstrated its use and answered all my questions. I was completely satisfied with his visit and assistance. Although I haven’t made many copies yet, it is working flawlessly.

Mike was extremely efficient and friendly. Explained as he was going along. Especially since he was tasked with something he wasn't aware of, but he did what I expected, even though not on his job sheet

Our printer went offline and Taylor Beldyga fixed the problem easily. After he had recently installed our new computer and wireless printer, I replaced the router and didn’t know how to connect it to the new network. Still learning. We have his number.
