The technician programmed my printer to allow me to use it wirelessly. He called a week later to see how it was working.

Caleb was great! He set up my printer, demonstrated its use and answered all my questions. I was completely satisfied with his visit and assistance. Although I haven’t made many copies yet, it is working flawlessly.

A Geek Squad showed up on time and reconnected a laptop to the network and reinstalled a printer using a USB cable. He performed the operation quickly and efficiently. In addition he made a recommendation to improve our laptop speed while saving us thousand$. Overall a great value. Will have the Geeks in whenever we need assistance.

The agent made courtesy call so I knew when to expect him. He was able to problem solve my issue (printer not working after installing a new modem) and then made sure all the computers, iPads and iPhones in the house were able to print. The whole appointment was less than 70 minutes.

Dealt entirely with Telephone Agent Saturday for almost two hrs...most of time hold...until computer & phone ran out of power..Computer chat today (9-1) was more productive and resulted in Geek Squad appt, which was the goal originally. All this over a printer still under warranty.
