Two Geek squad members set up our new Laser Brother Printer so we could print out from our phones, IPad, and several computers. It took about 45 minutes to download the relevant information and software on our computers. All was successfully updated and functioning as it should.

The technician was on time, professional and very helpful.

The service gentleman had my new printer hooked up & ready to use in a very timely manner. He also solved an iPad issue that I had been struggling with, & he took my old printer to dispose of. All in all, a very positive experience!

The agent transferred all my info on my old laptop to my new laptop and also connected my new laptop to my new printer. He showed me how to get to everything and was ver patient with me. He was super in answering all my questions in a way I could understand it.

Jacob, came and set up my printer and all was ok and then there was a printer problem a week or so later so i cslled HP where i got the printer. So I paid have it set up for nothing.

Tech arrived on time and was able to complete most of the setup with no problem. Explained operation satisfactorily. Only drawback was that, he was not familiar with Apple/IOS systems.

The technician was able to download the proper software so my laptop and new printer were compatible. I can now scan. He set up the wireless printing for me and set my wife’s iphone so she could print from phone. Tech was great and quick.

I could not get my computer to relate to my new printer. Very knowledgable Geek squad representative came out and had it done in minutes and also pointed out other helpful tips that I had not been aware of. Very pleasant and polite young man.

Jessie set up both of our new computers, along with installing wifi extenders, which has greatly improved our use of the new computers and our Android phone with computer. Hurray for Jessie.

The Geek guy arrived and went to work! He was wonderful and top notch! He fixed a couple things that had been bugging me. Then he hooked up my laptop so I could print things from it. He was very easy to talk to! Always let me know what he was doing.

Joe is a great tech! He knew what to do to reset my printers from the last time I had to bring in my new laptop for more service. When that latest service again left my printers disconnected, Joe did a very timely visit to get it running smoothly again. I highly recommend Joe!

Installation went quickly and smoothly. Nick (?) Wilcox ( no relation to us) was exceptional. I would highly recommend him in particular and the Geek Squad especially for my electronic, etc.

The agent who arrived to clean up a PC and printer was so knowledgeable, trusted, and had so much patience and respect for us and in answering our questions. My questions were answered in terms I understood. In addition he offered advice to consider for future technologies.

The tech completed the setup for my new wireless HP printer. He took the time to show me how to open and install the ink cartridges and how to operate using the HP software. He answered all my questions and covered everything needed to use the printer. It was a pleasure to work with him.

My HP desktop printer litterly died. I went to the Best Buy store to look at new printers. Ross was the sales person who waited on me. He showed me several and asked questions about my needs. The printer he recommended is a perfect fit for my needs.

Tristan (I apologize if spelled wrong) did a great job working on my computer and was very patient with my questions. The only problem I have is with Microsoft. I am paying for Office and am unable to use it. Tristan even had me contact them with no result. I've tried calling Best Buy but left on hold...would really love to use what I pay for. Suggestions?

When you finakkt get someone, they are very professional. However, I have had to have service because (even the Geeks admit) the machine is a dud, and has problems that can't be fixed. They had to do work around. The machine was highly recommended by the salesman who sold it to us. We will NEVER take advice at Best Buy again !

The 5 stars is for the person on the Geek Squad that came & installed our printer. He was very efficient, friendly & did everything to get the printer up & going quickly. Would definitely recommend this service!!
