The guys did a great job installing my window air conditioner. Works well for the room size. I probably could have gone up to a larger BTU but it does the trick at night in my bedroom.

They got Sonos working but… Gave me some information ob the Sonos port streaming box. They said if would link my phonograph player to Sonos without needing anything else. Actually turns out I need an amplifier also. May have to return it.

Delivery and set-up of our purchased products from Best Buy was amazing when offered, it made the adjustment to adding a new HP LaserJet Printer a more stable decision and less hassle.

Jessie set up both of our new computers, along with installing wifi extenders, which has greatly improved our use of the new computers and our Android phone with computer. Hurray for Jessie.

The agent worked on my printer and tried to setup my fax machine with no success. However he did work and get the printer to scan to email. The ticket was made to setup fax machine number one and set up scan to email number two. Agent worked faithfully on setting fax machine up but was unable to do so.

Installation went quickly and smoothly. Nick (?) Wilcox ( no relation to us) was exceptional. I would highly recommend him in particular and the Geek Squad especially for my electronic, etc.

The Geek agent took care of problems caused by fraud. He explained what had happened during a scam. He then properly installed my new printer and ensured the malware product was legitimate. In addition he was a very nice person.

Outstanding job by Geek Squad. Didn’t cost me anything as I have Total Tech Support. It took him 5 minutes to connect me to the network. I did not buy my wireless printer at Best Buy and it’s several years old but that didn’t matter.

They did a great job and did not take a lot time to get the job done.

Adrian was fantastic!! I was very fortunate that he was the technician that installed my printer. He also set up my computer about a year ago. He is very knowledgeable, patient, very thorough, and asks the right questions to speed the installation along.

Cam was an excellent agent that did a great job troubleshooting the problem that I had with connecting my new printer with my computer. I am very pleased with his skill set in resolving my connectivity issue.

Jacob, came and set up my printer and all was ok and then there was a printer problem a week or so later so i cslled HP where i got the printer. So I paid have it set up for nothing.

I am 79 years old and a novice to technology. The Geek Squad service member was patient, answered all of my questions and demonstrated the features of the new computer. I am a very satisfied customer.

The agent installed my new printer, connected it to my new laptop and my new phone and helped me change my passwords which had been inexplicably changed to who knows what (!) so I could use my devices again after over a month!

Geek Squad member made multiple trips to attempt to rectify a printer problem. Finally determined a new one was necessary. Delivered and installed new Epson wi-fi printer which performs beautifully.

The technician who arrived was able to set up my printer with wifi and eliminate some useless hardwired connections that were necessary when I had a slower, cheaper wifi connection. He also noted that due to the pandemic and the lengthy wait, all the ink had dried up and needs to be replaced.

Michael connectd the new lap top to the new printer and showed me how to operate the printer with wifi and my laptop. Since I am 67 years old I did not realize that the printer was wifi I appreciated that MIchael showed me how to access the wifi/internet to operate the new printer.

The agent setup my laptop and phone to my printer. Very satisfied. My internet went out so i have another appointment so the agent can show me how to do it. Our internet goes off often.
