Geek Squad service vas exceptional, the gentleman was professional and knowledgeable, went over and beyond what was expected of him.

I've had Geek Squad for three years. Anytime I have had a problem they have been there for me. Sometimes it takes more than one visit to solve the problem, but patience pays off and they will get there. The only problem is that their phone system for my local store sucks, but that's a corporate issue.

The service technician who installed my printer/scanner, keyboard and computer and new router was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, fast and efficient and went far beyond the minimum required to get everything working. I am very impressed and plan to use Geek Squad with confidence in future.

My home appointment with Geek Squad was perfect. He fixed the problem and now I can continue day to day writings. I will continue with Geek Squad coming to my home to help with problems. It's worth the money rather than driving an hour and a half to Findlay.

So great to have this Total package! The tech was in communication about arrival time, was on time, and fully addressed all the questions, ( and fixed!) The connectivity issues with the printer, explained my desk top and monitor were both having age related issues, and even gave tips on getting started on my new laptop! Very thorough and helpful..and appreciated.

Nick is always quick and thorough. He arrives on time, gives arrival updates and makes sure things work well before leaving. There was an issue with the instructions working but he had a way to correct it.
