The best tech ever, was able to connect all greatly

Worth the price to me to not spend hours on tech support. I like tech but not a techy so this service is great. The technician was easy to talk to and explained what happened. It was what I thought but just couldn't get it undone.

Agent was very knowledgeable and professional; took time to answer all questions, and gave several helpful hints, including a scan app! Geek squab has been a money and headache saver.

The Greek Squad agents were excellent. They arrived in the time window as promised. They set up the printer and provided me all the instructions that I needed. They were very professional and were a pleasure to work with.

My printer had stopped working, telling me it was disconnected when it wasn't. I tried everything I knew and couldn't fix it. The Geek, James, fixed it in a few minutes by reinstalling the software. And, he told me what to do if it happened again, which it has. I followed his simple instructions and voila, it worked.

Excellent service. Object of service was to replace old printer with new. Instead, he revitalized my old printer to like new performance.

My previous Canon printer was not quite up to par, but this one has functioned well. The Geek Squad set it up for me, which is a great idea by the way, and it has worked very well! No issues.

My geek squad person came with a mask and booties. I told him what we needed (canon printer setup). He had it up and running in no time. It would have taken me hours, lots of cursing, and elevated blood pressure. This was so much easier. He was super professional and personable. He deserves a raise.

The tech had to connect the printer to desktop which set up tech didn't do. Michael solved the problem that 3 telephone calls failed to do. So happy that we took the Geek Squad package because 5 minutes in house worked so much better than 8 hours on the phone.

Bryce from the Geek Squad arrived on time to set up my new HP ENVY PHOTO 7855. There was an issue with my WIFI, but Bryce worked through it and he had it printing in no time. I am very glad I didn't try to do this myself. Thank you Bryce.

Outstanding help from a very knowledgeable geek squad agent. Installed my new Brothers copy/scan/fax machine and good instructions on how to use. He removed my old printer that developed an issue accepting a new ink cartridge and then removed a lot of unused cords. Patient and meticulous.

Sergio set up my copier quickly! He explained how to use it with out going into a lot of technical detail. He was very polite and kind.
