The agent came & installed my HP Printer. They did not do anything else but set up my new HP all in One Printer that I purchased at Best Buy.

Colin was great. He listened to the new HP printer installation issues we we’re having and then corrected all our installation issues. Colin. Is very professional, courteous, and efficient. He is a huge asset to the Champaign Best Buy Geek Squad customer service department.

I purchased a new computer and Matt installed everything very quickly and completely for my use. He was very helpful and friendly. Felt very comfortable with his explanations and was able to access all my files. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience with the Geek Squad.

A Geek Squad showed up on time and reconnected a laptop to the network and reinstalled a printer using a USB cable. He performed the operation quickly and efficiently. In addition he made a recommendation to improve our laptop speed while saving us thousand$. Overall a great value. Will have the Geeks in whenever we need assistance.

The Greek Squad agents were excellent. They arrived in the time window as promised. They set up the printer and provided me all the instructions that I needed. They were very professional and were a pleasure to work with.

Epson did not make the laser unit printer I wanted so this HP is taking the place of my former Epson...Small but very efficient and less costly to operate......Time will give me a better opine about HP....

I had Allen assist me with setting up my computer system. He was excellent and very up-to-date on how to set up the system that I am putting together. I highly recommend Allen without any reservation. He is also easy to talk to.

The geeks were here 9/16 and again on 9/24 to connect our printer to our laptop. Both times they printed a paper and assumed that it was working. However when we sent a document to print from the laptop, it did not work on documents emailed to us.

He knew all about the HP printer. He knew how to install the printer into the computer, and two laptops and a tablet. He gave me a lesson on how to use the printer.

Luis Hernandez was friendly and knowledgeable. He persisted until wifi problems were solved, and always had a smile on his face.

Worth the price to me to not spend hours on tech support. I like tech but not a techy so this service is great. The technician was easy to talk to and explained what happened. It was what I thought but just couldn't get it undone.

I had technician Hector come to help with our printer set up. He was ablet o complete the set up and would recommend him.

My home appointment with Geek Squad was perfect. He fixed the problem and now I can continue day to day writings. I will continue with Geek Squad coming to my home to help with problems. It's worth the money rather than driving an hour and a half to Findlay.

This was a printer set -up. He was very courteous and patient and everything was set-up efficiently . The only complaint would be that I had to wait more than a week for installation.

I just love the Geek Squad! They are so knowledgeable and quick to do things. My ace in the hole. They know how to translate instructions.

The printer is great. I love it. The paper catch is a little tight when pulling it out. I figure that will ease up in time.
