Don was an awesome technician and went way above and beyond explaining everything concerning my new printer. No way I could have done it myself. There is so much more than plugging it in and printing or copying something. I’m good to go and highly recommend the tech support package.

Epson did not make the laser unit printer I wanted so this HP is taking the place of my former Epson...Small but very efficient and less costly to operate......Time will give me a better opine about HP....

The Geek Squad techs showed up on time and assembled a tv table we bought. They also setup our new tv and mounted one on the wall in our bedroom. These techs were fast and efficient, plus they cleaned the work areas. Highly recommend Best Buy Geek Squad techs. techs.

He reprogrammed my printer so it would print. Trouble stemmed from old Brother info still in computer.

I don't recall the name of the nice young man who set up my printer but he was very professional and explained stuff to me as he was setting up my printer. My printer, while not top-of-the-line (not needed) is easy to use. I'm so glad I subscribe to Geek Squad

The tech from geek squad reconnected my printer to the wifi correctly so that now it stays connected. I could not figure it out on my own. He also instructed me on how to do it myself in case it drops again after a power outage.

The agent unpacked and set up printer connecting it by Bluetooth to our computer and cell phones. He also provided training for us. He was highly professional, very knowledgeable and helpful in ways we could understand.

The service, installing my new printer was fine, though it was disrupted due to an emergency with one of the tecs. However we rescheduled an appointment that was successful .

Data was downloaded to our new laptops and printer was set up in our home. Due to difficulties we have getting out, this was a wonderful service. The young man who performed the services was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He explained everything very thoroughly.

Connecyed my printer. I had it to the internet but couldn't get on laptop. My laptop is old and it was difficult, he did it and gave me suggestions for a new laptop. Also at the time of purchase of I was so so so happy to hear about free install.

The service agent full understood after I explained my problem. He was very hands on in setting up my printer to co-inside with my laptop. Printed out test sheets to my satisfaction and set up a few changes on the laptop. Also after asking about laptop shut off's. Everything is now working perfectly.

Most of what was needed was completed. However, after the call, when I began the work needed to bring my files up to date, I was unable to print anything (again), and had difficulty with saving work to file and setting up a new document. Although the technician was knowledgeable and patient, in typical techy fashion he sped through much of the guidance and when I tried to work on my own, became confused with the prompts that appeared. Word asked for locator information such as e-mail, address, birth date, etc. However, my attempts to provide the information was not accepted. I was unable to figure out what Word was asking for. It seemed that the information requested was most likely available but I was unable to figure out where to locate same. Please provide further guidance, as there has been nothing obviously available to aid in the transition to the "new" Word program. Prior Word use does not seem to help since, at least to this non-Geek type, the difference in programs from what I had been using for many years is causing the "new" Word program to be extremely confusing to me. Thanks

Your agent installed my printer, showed me how to work the new printer and also took the old printer away. I really appreciated all of her assistance.
