Technician contacted me a day ahead of visit to better prepare himself for what I wanted done. Efficiently setup printer driver on new computer and got it talking to router. Also answered a few questions of other issues I had.

Issue regarding communication between my computer and printer was resolved in a matter of minutes. All printing options were checked out and I was fully educated in order to prevent the necessity of further house calls for thee same or similar issue

Agent Wilson was FABULOUS!!!!!!! He fixed my printer, my connection with the outlet, showed me how to print from my phone, helped me with my computer and was just better than I had ever expected. What a wonderful service with a remarkable man!

Arturo, the technical support, Geek Squad, is the best. He takes the time to explain how to use the printer.

Geek squad agent Devon installed my printer and walked me through its operations. He demonstrated each function of the printer so that it communicated with the computer.

The techie hooked up a printer we were having problems with ourselves. He was beyond helpful and most efficient. We are not great at doing these things and he explained everything to us in terms that we could understand. He gets a 10 out of 10 from us.

Agent was professional and knowledgeable. I was having a problem with my sound bar. The sound bar could not be repaired so after I received authorization for replacement, the Geek Squad members guided me to a product that was perfect for my theater.

My agent Justin reconnected my printer and gave great advice on how to avoid future printer shutdowns. Also he blocked future ads from causing my computer to lock up. And only needed a little time to answer all my questions and resolve all issues.

The GeekSqad showed up and did an amazing job of not only connecting my new desk top computer to my printer but, taught me so much about both pieces of equipment. They made it so easy because they completely understood the job given. I am so appreciative!

Our main objectives were met. We wanted to be able to print from cell phone and laptop and Kyle enabled us to do that in a very short space of time. He was professional, pleasant and even wore booties! We would gladly ask for him should we need further service from the Geek Squad.

My printer was delivered on 7/2/22, but the agent could not set it up to also scan in addition to printing. On 7/6/22 another agent named Joel Matos was able to finish the job. He also explained how to use the printer in detail.

The tech was fantastic. He figured out and fixed an issue we were having for quite a while. He even did a site search to see what issues our equipment was known to have, which allowed him to repair the problem pretty quickly.
