Agent Wilson was FABULOUS!!!!!!! He fixed my printer, my connection with the outlet, showed me how to print from my phone, helped me with my computer and was just better than I had ever expected. What a wonderful service with a remarkable man!

Most of what was needed was completed. However, after the call, when I began the work needed to bring my files up to date, I was unable to print anything (again), and had difficulty with saving work to file and setting up a new document. Although the technician was knowledgeable and patient, in typical techy fashion he sped through much of the guidance and when I tried to work on my own, became confused with the prompts that appeared. Word asked for locator information such as e-mail, address, birth date, etc. However, my attempts to provide the information was not accepted. I was unable to figure out what Word was asking for. It seemed that the information requested was most likely available but I was unable to figure out where to locate same. Please provide further guidance, as there has been nothing obviously available to aid in the transition to the "new" Word program. Prior Word use does not seem to help since, at least to this non-Geek type, the difference in programs from what I had been using for many years is causing the "new" Word program to be extremely confusing to me. I don't recall the name of the nice young man who set up my printer but he was very professional and explained stuff to me as he was setting up my printer. My printer, while not top-of-the-line (not needed) is easy to use. I'm so glad I subscribe to Geek Squad

Tech was very understanding that we had to cancel first appointment at the last minute. Also, he was very thorough, considerate and knowledgeable.

Issue regarding communication between my computer and printer was resolved in a matter of minutes. All printing options were checked out and I was fully educated in order to prevent the necessity of further house calls for thee same or similar issue

Installation was smooth and tech was great to work with. Will use Geek Squad again. Pleasure to work with!

Agent was professional and knowledgeable. I was having a problem with my sound bar. The sound bar could not be repaired so after I received authorization for replacement, the Geek Squad members guided me to a product that was perfect for my theater.

The Geek Squad techs showed up on time and assembled a tv table we bought. They also setup our new tv and mounted one on the wall in our bedroom. These techs were fast and efficient, plus they cleaned the work areas. Highly recommend Best Buy Geek Squad techs. techs.

Tech. came on time and quickly got my printer working and did a couple things on my pc which made it easier to use.

My agent Justin reconnected my printer and gave great advice on how to avoid future printer shutdowns. Also he blocked future ads from causing my computer to lock up. And only needed a little time to answer all my questions and resolve all issues.

The tech set up the printer and connected it to my wi-fi in an efficient manner, quickly and also printed out tickets to events I had on my cell phone as a test of the machine. Great service.

Outstanding help from a very knowledgeable geek squad agent. Installed my new Brothers copy/scan/fax machine and good instructions on how to use. He removed my old printer that developed an issue accepting a new ink cartridge and then removed a lot of unused cords. Patient and meticulous.

So great to have this Total package! The tech was in communication about arrival time, was on time, and fully addressed all the questions, ( and fixed!) The connectivity issues with the printer, explained my desk top and monitor were both having age related issues, and even gave tips on getting started on my new laptop! Very thorough and helpful..and appreciated.

The agent came out to help because of an issue with wireless printing. He was right on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He accomplished what we needed him to do and gave us some suggestions to do in the future.

Don was an awesome technician and went way above and beyond explaining everything concerning my new printer. No way I could have done it myself. There is so much more than plugging it in and printing or copying something. I’m good to go and highly recommend the tech support package.

The techie hooked up a printer we were having problems with ourselves. He was beyond helpful and most efficient. We are not great at doing these things and he explained everything to us in terms that we could understand. He gets a 10 out of 10 from us.

Jeff did a great job installing my new printer. He arrived ahead of time, was very professional, and after installing the printer he went over all the features with me.

My geek squad person came with a mask and booties. I told him what we needed (canon printer setup). He had it up and running in no time. It would have taken me hours, lots of cursing, and elevated blood pressure. This was so much easier. He was super professional and personable. He deserves a raise.

My printer had stopped working, telling me it was disconnected when it wasn't. I tried everything I knew and couldn't fix it. The Geek, James, fixed it in a few minutes by reinstalling the software. And, he told me what to do if it happened again, which it has. I followed his simple instructions and voila, it worked.
