I was very impressed with the knowledge and efficiency that the Geek Squad exhibited when he hooked up my printer and got the computer back to working like it was supposed to! He was very professional, explained things in a way I could understand and in no time was out the door and on to his next job.

On time. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, answered all our questions. Determined that everything worked before leaving.

The Geek Squad associate suggested a new laser printer which I purchased and he brought it with him and installed it . Very happy all the way around.

I needed the Geek Squad to install my new printer. He brought it over to me because I am disabled after surgery. He installed it quickly and well. I'm thrilled that it's so much smaller than the behemoth that took up a whole table! He took that thing away for me. He was friendly and funny but very professional. All went well!

The agent was on time, unwrapped my computer and printer and got to work setting everything up. I guess I was in his way because he asked me to leave the room -- because of the virus and I guess I was in his way. But he was very nice about it. Finished quickly and put all the trash outside for me.

Tin was great - didn't rush me through the learning curve on this printer. During the process he discovered my back-up device was full and suggested I order a new one which I will. He came on time, was prepared to set up the printer.

The agent who came to our home was wonderful. I hope if we ever need to have an agent to our home again that we would get this young gentleman! He was polite, knowledgeable & so helpful!

The Geek Squad Tech, Tony, repaired the printer problem in about a minute. He then took my Outlook problem and redesigned the way my two email addresses arrived and files. He spent the better part of two hours getting me up and running. A very patient man.

Helped purchase of new HP printer, delivered at home, Geek Squad Technician came home and did an excellent job of installing and teaching how to use the new printer. Also, took away the old printer for disposal. All was d one without my leaving home.

I have a complicated system with 5 computers and the recent power problems and the infinity dude nothing worked after his visit Michael on the other had, checked rechecked made sure my new printer worked, put in software. I am really happy with the visit and the work and grateful it all works.

We were totally pleased with everything about Geek Squad installation.

This was a replacement printer for one that was only six months old. It took all of five minutes to use my warranty and get my new printer ordered. The whole process was as smooth as could be. My technician Robert had been to my house before and he did a perfect job both times.

The agent came for a computer check up and to connect my new printer. He was very diligent worker. Answered all questions I had. Was very patient with me as I'm not a technical person AT ALL. He showed me how to connect my phone and kindle to send print requests to my printer. He was awesome.
