Service Tech came to our house to set up the printer. He was efficient, careful, and answered all our questions.

The service provided by Cayla went above and beyond what we expected. She took the time to explain everything and helped set up our computer just how we wanted and needed it to perform. We would definitely ask for her again if we need assistance from the Geek Squad in the future.

I had three different items with the Geek squad. One was bad due to the printer not working and the in-house service and the house service were both great. This also doesn't distinguish between who did the work.

Jason Weber did a really great job of setting up our new printer. Explained everything he was doing and stayed until we were comfortable with our printer. Answered all and questions.

The tech set up the printer and connected it to my wi-fi in an efficient manner, quickly and also printed out tickets to events I had on my cell phone as a test of the machine. Great service.

The guy was very nice. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He had to reprogram my lap top and it took a while but it is working great. I will always check with Best Buy before I purchase anything you sell.

The agent came & installed my HP Printer. They did not do anything else but set up my new HP all in One Printer that I purchased at Best Buy.

The 2 GS agents did an excellent and quick job of installing the TV. In addition, they also connected a sound bar that I had purchased previously at BB and had not yet installed.

Adam did a good job of trying to show me how to get music to a thumb drive and downloading pictures from a thumb drive. I needed help with some basics on my computer. He explained everything slowly to me, so I could understand.

This was a complicated Netwerk printer set up in that the computers using the printer didn’t have the same Network card speed. Took a bit of investigation but a hybrid wireless solution was eventually formulated.’n
