The Geek Squad tech had my printer up and running in no time. He answered several questions I had clearly. Very good experience from start to finish.

For an unknown reason we were suddenly unable to connect properly to our printers. We tried all the ways we knew to re set them up but couldn't do it. Geek Squad came and solved all the issues. It is a wonderful service.

Tech arrived on time and was able to complete most of the setup with no problem. Explained operation satisfactorily. Only drawback was that, he was not familiar with Apple/IOS systems.

The Geek Squad representative was on time and kept me informed of everything he was doing to install the printer. I love using the Geek Squad. I would give them more than five stars if I could!

Gentleman arrived early, was very supportive, set up two printers, worked on several questions I had regarding service to my computer (had just replaced hard drive) and helped me with some WIFI issues. Nice job, nice guy.

Technician was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions, solved all of the issues, hooked up my printer, allowed me time to test to my satisfaction, wore a mask and shoe covers to protect my home and me, was just overall exceptional.

Agent was able to troubleshoot the problem, after rerunning several tests he identified a problem with the actual printer, stating it needs replacement, and is under coverage for a replacement if that’s what I would want.

Called ahead of time with arrival schedule, showed up on time, were polite and efficient in getting the printer set up. Integrated it onto my network, checked to make sure everything worked.

Geek Squad had to ReInstall the software, after a computer "update" apparently "Lost" a key part of the printer software, that had worked fine from original install. Geek Squad is great.

My member of the Geek Squad repaired my HP laser printer around 10 years old. He repaired initially but when it was turned off, it failed again. He did some research, returned for a second visit and this time repaired with a very positive outcome.
