Dave set up my new printer, and made sure the Wi-Fi printer worked with all my devices. He took time to explain how the printer worked! I am very pleased with Geek Squad services!

Called ahead of time with arrival schedule, showed up on time, were polite and efficient in getting the printer set up. Integrated it onto my network, checked to make sure everything worked.

The guy was very nice. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He had to reprogram my lap top and it took a while but it is working great. I will always check with Best Buy before I purchase anything you sell.

Our main objectives were met. We wanted to be able to print from cell phone and laptop and Kyle enabled us to do that in a very short space of time. He was professional, pleasant and even wore booties! We would gladly ask for him should we need further service from the Geek Squad.

Michelle with Geek Squad came out and hooked up my wireless printer to my new laptop. She is extremely knowledgeable and competent. She also answered a few other questions I had and finished up in a timely manner. An exemplary employee and great with customer service!

The installation guy was wonderful. Carried the heavy printer downstairs, brought the box outside for recycling and helped us understand our new printer.

This was a complicated Netwerk printer set up in that the computers using the printer didn’t have the same Network card speed. Took a bit of investigation but a hybrid wireless solution was eventually formulated.’n

The agent was very detailed, precise and professional in laying the foundation for the technician to remotely complete the job. Helped purchase of new HP printer, delivered at home, Geek Squad Technician came home and did an excellent job of installing and teaching how to use the new printer. Also, took away the old printer for disposal. All was d one without my leaving home.

For an unknown reason we were suddenly unable to connect properly to our printers. We tried all the ways we knew to re set them up but couldn't do it. Geek Squad came and solved all the issues. It is a wonderful service.
