Hector came in and set up my printer in about 10 minutes. He was very fast and competent. He really knew computers. He wore a mask which I really appreciate. A wonderful experience.

The Geek squad man and his trainee were very informative and worked quickly. They hooked up my soundbar and fixed my printer so that it would print from a wireless connection. It took them about 10 minutes to accomplish this and I was amazed!

I am still unable to connect printer to laptop. Printer needs to be able to laptop

The agent came on time, was friendly, and assessed the problem with my printer. He fixed it and tested it and then checked a few other things for me. And helped me with a minor TV/internet connection issue I had. Very satisfied.

Geek Squad came to rescue again...Had trouble installing ink...Jason came, installed, showed me again how to install ink and didn't make me feel like a complete idiot, came on time was very pleasant and very patient.

After a return visit, my cell phone was connected to print remotely. Unfortunately, I had to return the first printer, since it was defective.

The printer is great. I love it. The paper catch is a little tight when pulling it out. I figure that will ease up in time.
