Tech was very understanding that we had to cancel first appointment at the last minute. Also, he was very thorough, considerate and knowledgeable.

I have purchased my items from Best Buy and never did use the Geek squad till this time when I purchased a new desk computer. They were so good at transferring all my old stuff to the new computer and the setup was done in a flash!

Geek Squad is a LIFESAVER! They were able to come early and spent a lot of time checking ALL the "connections" that needed to match each other and explained it to me. Also made sure all my computer updates were current and they were VERY polite.
