My member of the Geek Squad repaired my HP laser printer around 10 years old. He repaired initially but when it was turned off, it failed again. He did some research, returned for a second visit and this time repaired with a very positive outcome.

The agent, not only completely setup my printer he, also, demonstrated how each of the functions operated but he also answered ALL my questions.

The agent came on time, was friendly, and assessed the problem with my printer. He fixed it and tested it and then checked a few other things for me. And helped me with a minor TV/internet connection issue I had. Very satisfied.

The agent set up the printer, made sure it functioned well in the designated location, checked that printing can be done from all devices. He was personable, helpful and thorough. Very impressive representative for Best Buy.

TECH GUY WAS A ROCKSTAR. ON TIME. FINISHED QUICKLY.

The Geek squad man and his trainee were very informative and worked quickly. They hooked up my soundbar and fixed my printer so that it would print from a wireless connection. It took them about 10 minutes to accomplish this and I was amazed!
