Gentleman from Geek Squad went above and beyond to install this specific printer that is compatible for the MAC.

Techican called to let me know his arrive time. They gave me a 4 hour window and he arrived at the beginning of my 4 hours. He followed all of the virus protocel. Had mask, gloves, shoe covers. Answered all my questions

We were having sporadic service of our wireless printer even though it is located in the same room as our laptops. Geek Squad Tech suggested a boost using Google WiFi routers. Now everything works the first time, all the time!

Called geek squad to set up my new Brother printer to my computer, iPhone, and iPad. The service rep was very professional. He set everything up quickly( less than 15 minutes) and patiently answered all my questions. Well worth the price!

the tech could not complete the data transfer in the allotted time due to my old hard drive, that was checked and installed back in Oct. 2019. he also told me that the new laptop was not the type I needed for data to upload. I would like to return the laptop and upgrade to a better model.

Tech arrived and was professional, pleasant and began to troubleshoot the printer. However he was unable to connect to network due to age of printer. He recommended I need a new printer. He marked appointment for rescheduling. Went to Best Buy that day and purchased a new printer. Sadly have to wait almost three weeks to get an appointment for set up.

Geek Squad has always been there for me ... setting up our printer, and working on issues as presented ... the 800 number and tech support have been awesome ... and have never been "on hold" for any extended period of time ... timely responses always, even it it means transferring to different tech agents
