The technician really helped a lot with installation, he was polite, efficient and informative!

The agent was on time and very courteous. He answered all of my questions and even demonstrated how I could do certain functions on my computer and he put "WORD" back on. I forgot to ask him how long the "Anti-Virus" will be on my computer because I need to know this!!!
