Worked trying to set up my new Epson printer. After working on it for quite a while, it was determined that computer was old & not able to connect. Getting new computer & requesting Mike Sinchioco to come out to connect again.

Your agent, Brian Sutton, was able to fix a very difficult problem I was having in the middle of tax season which is the worst possible time for me. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was very respectful and unobtrusive during our business hours.

Joe connected our printer and did some minor fixes. Was willing to answer our questions in a way we understood. Did not talk "over our head". Was very punctual and got the work done in a timely manner. Great guy. Thanks Geek Squad.

The agent set up my new printer and made sure it would print from both computers and my phone. He was friendly and professional and answered any questions.

In house Totaltech support was very good. Identified problem promptly and I was able to get router problem corrected shortly. Online total tech was not very good. After repeated calls and rude techs. I would avoid this method every time.
