The squad member that was here was excellent! He worked on my printer about an hour and made sure it was working perfectly before he left. Also he gave me some pointers on how to get the most from it...Good job!

Tech arrived and was professional, pleasant and began to troubleshoot the printer. However he was unable to connect to network due to age of printer. He recommended I need a new printer. He marked appointment for rescheduling. Went to Best Buy that day and purchased a new printer. Sadly have to wait almost three weeks to get an appointment for set up.

Called geek squad to set up my new Brother printer to my computer, iPhone, and iPad. The service rep was very professional. He set everything up quickly( less than 15 minutes) and patiently answered all my questions. Well worth the price!

Agent reviewed my printer set up and told me that my laptop was not communicating with my printer and I would need a new printer.

The computer and printer was set up with transfer from my old Dell computer. Agent was able to save all from the old computer. Some things work better now.
