Worked trying to set up my new Epson printer. After working on it for quite a while, it was determined that computer was old & not able to connect. Getting new computer & requesting Mike Sinchioco to come out to connect again.

The agent solved the problem with my old printer and made it possible for me to keep the one I am familiar with at this time. Best Buy made it easy for me to return the unnecessary new printer. Thank you.

The agents did a great job. Set up everything. TV’s, sound bars. Additionally an agent set up our WiFi, assisted with Ring, and our printer. He went above and beyond. The first WiFi did not work well. He went to the store and picked up a different router and returned to set it all up.

This is the first time I have ever purchased a brother printer and I really like it! The instructions are easy to follow and I like the fact that all of the options are on the front of the printer.

Set up was clear cut, but I wasn’t told I needed to load the app on my computer to do scanning from my printer at that time. Called the Geek squad for that, no problems.
