4 geek members could NOT get our new printer working. Each tranfers us to another,Rebecca to Joseph to Johnathan to Rebecca one member wanted to know how old the printer was. one day we replied, we were transfered to the next geek. please realize that these transfers were not immediate we spent hours with these experts who tod us to unplug the computer , the printer then wait and replug etc. etc. Finally they wanted us to make arrangements for the geek squid to come to our home. We were CHARGED for this SERVICE. the same night a friend [over the phone] gave us instructions on how to undo what your geeks told us and and got our new printer working. WHY DID WE HAVE TO PAY FOR SUCH POOR AN AGREVATING SERVICE?

I expected to need to buy a new printer, but Geek quickly fixed my problem in the store while I waited.
