The Wii U Pro Controller is a great addition to the Wii U console, for the games it is compatible with. Much lighter than the GamePad, which is great for my grand kids. Good button/control stick layout, and awesome battery life. I did add a third-party supplemental battery pack for additional play time, but have found that the internal battery is generally enough for most play sessions.

I love this controller and it's a lot easier to handle than the gamepad. It's my favorite Nintendo controller since the waive bird for my Gamecube.

Probably the best controller for your WIi U you can play games easier then with the clunky gamepad however the face buttons are in an odd spot makes it semi uncomfortable so it loses 1 star for that, but otherwise the best you will find for Wii U as far as controllers go.

This was an additional purchase to the Wii U system. Needed it in order to have multiple players. Easier to use than the remote screen controller.

While not as good as a Xbone or PS4 controller, this wireless beauty is still good. It is an improvement from the previous generation's version

best controller out there for wii u...i bought it abouth a month ago? and i still havent had to charge it...LOL 80 hours battery life...amazing.

This is a good solid controller for the WiiU. I find it much easier to use than the gamepad and the Wii remotes (especially playing MarioCart), though it does not get me moving as much as the Wii remote did, it is great to have the "old school" game control...

It's a very comfortable controller, sized well and has a slight texture to the back for additional grip. It has a similar feel to the XBox 360 chrome series controllers, with a much lighter weight. It has a good layout, responsive buttons and D-pad. It's easy to pair, and the battery life is decent. I prefer it to the Wiimote & nunchuck for long gameplay with a friend,.

Love this controller hands down~! Much easier to use than the big controller or the nunchuck controller. Very comfy and my hands down cramp lol.

I wanted to purchase a controller that had the feel of the old school controllers that came with older Nintendo systems. This one fit the bill.

I picked one of these up to get ready for Smash Bros, but I find myself using it quite often for games, Virtual Console, and multiplayer. While most games will work with the original Classic Controller, I highly recommend keeping at least one of these controllers around.

If you own a Wii U and plan to play any local multiplayer then this controller is highly recommended. It's far more comfortable than the gamepad or the Wii controller and much better suited to more fast-paced games like Smash Bros. The battery life is great too.

This is a great accessory to add to the Wii U. The handheld it comes with can get bulky and this is the perfect size for my 7 year old.

This is great to have to play a lot of the more traditional style video games that are out now, especially when you have more than 1 player.

This was a no brainier purchase. The game pad is fun to use and is needed for some games, but this is a lot more convenient to play with.

I've bought generic versions of wii u controllers and none of them are as good as the nintendo branded controllers. No problems with this.

The wireless controller is perfect for the Wii U, I prefer this unit over the factory controller. Long battery life with full charge.

This controller is a must-have for SSB. I bought a couple extras for the kids friends to use. Much better than the standard wii controller

Really love using this controller while playing Wii U. Very ergonomical and the battery lasts for a long time. I am a casual gamer.
