Playing a game which needs a second or third player? Toss them this comfortable-in-your-hand remote and commence with great times. My wife and I play together often. She isn't a regular gamer, but she does enjoy using this controller over the many she's played with over the years.

Feels good in the hand, reminds me of Xbox 360/Xbone controller. Why are the buttons below the right analog stick?

You can certainly use the standard Wii remote for most games, but this makes it much easier for a lot of games

The pro controller is great for games that have longer play time. Can hold comfortably for way longer and extremely light to hold. Best part is that 1 charge is 80 hours of game play!

I really like this controller, but it was a bit expensive. I prefer using it to the Wii Remote in most cases.

I got this remote for our WiiU because it reminded me of other controllers that I'm used to with gaming systems instead of the classic Wii controller that is pretty difficult to use if you aren't used to it. So far it works great on whichever games I can actually use it on...

Better than playing on the game pad!! Not all games are compatible so check the back of the game case to see what controllers work. I will say that the controls are not as good as playing on xbox or ps4 but again...better than the game pad if its available for the game.

A great addition to our Wii-U. My son tried other controllers but this one really filled the bill. He loves it.

The Pro Controller for WiiU is a huge improvement over the previous Wii controllers. It fits into your hand for a more comfortable fit and feels more like other vide game controllers for responsive game play.

I was expecting to have to charge it once or twice a week but I'm still on my first charge . I'm very happy .

This is a must have on the Wii U. The new Giant Screen controller is frustrating to use and clunky - not to mention a poor battery life. This is a must have for anyone who wants to play games comfortably - in fact, get a couple of them, your friends will thank you.

Easy to use and pairs perfectly with the WiiU. It is a little too big for my 4 year old's hands, but it fits fine in the hands of my 6 year old. Great purchase.

I purchased this for my grandson to use with his WiiU. It installed to the device without any extra work. Controls are really good for gaming and the device can take a beating as can be attested to my grandson having a gaming meltdown and tossing it on the carpet.

My main concern with the original Wii is that I didn't care for the controllers for action games. It was fine for the Wii sports and so on but wasn't very convenient for Call of Duty or those types of games. I love this controller because it is much easier to handle.

Good controller but honestly you might not need it. You can't use it for motion games like Just Dance

I hated the original Wii but since purchasing a Wii U I realized it wasn't because of the Wii, it was because of the horrible options for controllers! The Pro Controller is great, very functional and comfortable to use. Highly recommended as an addition to the gamepad.

Controller is well made, feels like an xbox controller. Great for playing zelda twilight prince . It does not work with all games so make sure to check.

This controller works great as a second player controller. Games like Splatoon do not split screen. The primary WiiU player uses the screen on the controller that came with game. Duals during Smashbros share a screen. Buttons are similar to other game controllers.
