An elegant controller that feels great and boasts outstanding battery life. While the joy controllers for the Switch are fine, this is a highly-recommended option for longer gaming sessions on your couch at home. Two quibbles: the price is a bit high (offset by the relatively low system cost) and the bumper buttons take some getting used to- but the control stick placement is brilliant.

I had 4 Joy-cons and all of them were plagued with the drifting issue (2 of them were even sent back to Nintendo and fixed already). I read that the Pro Controller doesn't have that issue so I got this and I have no regrets. Not once had an issue with this controller and the battery lasts a long time too.

Item was a gift for my son . I did not know which one to buy and could not tell the difference . It was the sales man who helped me on my purchase so thank you for the help . As it turned out it was the exact one the my son wanted so once again thank you very much

I didn't mind connecting the joy-cons to the makeshift handles Nintendo provides but it always felt a little bulky in my hands. I like the feel of this a lot better, and placement of the buttons and 2 sticks feel easier to use during gameplay. Plus, using it as a third controller means I can play with my kids on Mario Kart rather than just watching.

These controllers are just necessary if you plan to play this dock mode. Wish they were cheaper but they are excellent quality nothing else touches it.

Awesome buy! Worth the money because the battery last a really long time (went a whole week without charging it with about 3 hours playing each day). Also the controller feels very premium and made with quality material.

The pro wireless controller is perfect. It's a huge step up from the joy cons, I don't like using them. I have had no issues with the D pad. The only complaint I have is that the charging cable is too short. It makes it difficult to play while the controller is charging. On the other hand, the controller takes a few hours to fully charge and can last me over a week.

Better than the joy cons that come with the switch. Makes the gaming experience better and comfortable. This is a must have item for the switch wont be going back to those joycons ever again.

This Controller is a must have for players who spend a long time with their Switch. The buttons are very silent, the grip is very comfortable, and the joysticks are smooth. Additionally, the joysticks don’t seem to suffer the same drift problem as the joy-cons. This controller is essential for longer game play.

If you have a switch & loves playing it, this pro controller is highly recommended. It gives your joy-cons a rest & you can still use this controller even if you're just using your switch screen, so it's portable use also. I favored this brand over the third party released because of its durability.

The ergonomics on this controller is the best I’ve ever held. Worth splurging on this at a higher price rather than the knockoff ones that go for 20-30 dollars. The quality is that good.

Soon after the I purchased my Nintendo Switch I bought this controller, for the simple reason that long gaming sessions with the Joy-cons is pretty painful when you've got large hands. This controller feels great, sturdy, high quality, not at all the plastic-y feeling an Xbox one controller has. For games like Zelda: BOTW, and long races on Mario Kart 8, I'd recommend this one.

It is worth getting the wireless pro controller. The convenience of being unplugged and the responsive game play is second to non. Pro-Tip: Make sure to store your controller correctly. If it is upside down the joy sticks tend to ruin and create drag while playing.

I love this controller. I play Animal Crossing almost exclusively and this controller has everything I could want I can put my amiibos into the campsite with it and I also have the rumble when I'm fishing. I would recommend it to anybody who's looking for an excellent controller. It is a little pricey but well worth it.

Great feel for this controller. More durable than the JoyCons.
