I purchased this for my switch and I like the feel of it. I just think it’s over price a bit since it cost more than a PlayStation control.

The build quality of the buttons and controller is immediately apparent when you first grasp the controller. It's an amazing controller, which I've begun to favor over either the Xbox or the Dualshock for some games. It is a bit pricey for what it is though, but when you get it on sale, it's a good value. For many action games, definitely a step up from playing in handheld mode or with Joy Cons, so if you enjoy more fast paced action combat games, I feel the Pro Controller is a must.

The JoyCon Grip that comes with the Switch console is really great, but the Pro Controller gives you a more traditional home console feel. Grab one if you're unsatisfied with the JoyCon Grip, or if you're looking for an overall more comfortable controller to use with your Nintendo Switch.

I have been a gamer for a long time and it would have driven me crazy to use the little controllers that come with the Nintendo switch. Don't get me wrong, I love the Nintendo switch, with the pro controller this becomes an even more fantastic system for use with my television!

This is my second pro controller. The first one developed a bit of a drifting joystick issue after about two years. Its comfortable in my hands.

Good controller, no drift on the thumb sticks either which is a major pain on the joycons. Feels good to hold as well.

I’ve play with Xbox 360 and one controllers. Played with ps2-4 game controllers. Played with Wii U pro controller. This is hands down the best controller. Feels very well made and buttons never get stuck. Feels like a dream with the triggers. Thinking about buying a second one. ;)

This is the best controller for the Nintendo Switch. It's comfortable and has great control.

Absolutely love this controller! It makes playing certain games worth it. I got it to play breath of the wild and never looked back. My only criticism is that I believe it’s overpriced.

I have purchased after market controllers for Switch but there have been none better than the Pro Controller by Nintendo! This has smooth joycons, the buttons are very tactile, and the d-pad works even hitting the 45 degree’s for jumping while in motion.

Being more of "hardcore" gamer, I find this controller much better suited to my preferences than the Joy-Cons, as clever an idea as those are. It's just more comfortable to hold and it feels better playing anything that requires both analog sticks. I still probably prefer the PlayStation layout of having the sticks arranged symmetrically, but the build quality is very good and it makes playing anything with a more traditional control scheme more enjoyable.

Since I bought this controller I've hardly used the joy-cons that come with the switch. It's comfortable and ergonomically designed to fit in your hand for long hours. The battery life is incredible and I've put in over 100 hours of gameplay so far and haven't needed to charge it.

My son says the controller works great… I’m not sure because I’ve beaten him twice on NBA2k.

I mostly play single player games like Zelda and Odyssey and this has made playing so much more enjoyable. The analog sticks give you much better control than the small joy con sticks, so I find tasks like aiming with a bow in Zelda way easier. Battery also lasts a long time.

Love it! Got it to play Tears of the Kingdom. So much better than the JoyCons and we haven't had to worry about any drifting.

This controller is a great alternative to the diminutive Joy-Cons that come with the Switch- especially if you play in “docked” mode! Made playing long sessions of Zelda BOTW much more enjoyable! Definitely a worthwhile investment!

Works as advertised. Easy to sync to the Switch and reliable wireless connection. I haven't used it enough to kill the batteries yet so the battery life is decent. Works and feels much better than using the controller cradle for the joycons.

got this for my wife, and it's the only controller she'll use now LOL.

A great controller, much more comfortable to use when playing in docked mode than the joycons.

Overall an excellent controller. Feels substantial when holding it and has excellent haptic feedback. Tiny fraction of latency, so I did also get a wired controller for games that require hair-trigger response times.
