This is a replacement for a pro wireless controller that broke (sticking buttons) after about 2 years of use. I much prefer this to the joy-cons when playing in docked mode. Just wish there were more options for color and style without needing to add stickers or a skin.

One of my best Switch purchases. This pro controller makes it so much more fun to play Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart, Skyrim, everything! Get it!

My 10 year old son wanted this and when he got to use it he said "OMG this this is soooooo much better than the other controllers".

I think this is worth buying if you have a switch. It gives better feeling as a controller and also can be used as a pc controller.

If you have used a playstation or xbox controller before you will feel right at home. Makes a much better controller than joycon when docked.

I picked up the Pro controller so that I wouldn't have to remove the joy-cons when docking the system. Honestly I am very impressed with just how good this controller feels. It feels very natural and makes switching to and from the dock more convenient. I would recommend it if you plan on playing the Switch in docked mode a lot.

Definitely not a requirement for playing the Switch, but it's nice to have a standard controller for games like Fast RMX. The batteries last forever!

Joy cons aren't bad, but the Pro Con is taking notes from the Xbox 360 Con and it's flawless. Great weight, great button feel, overall a solid buy!
