Not happy

Dara Bowen in nc. All items were shipped except this item. I even purchased the web root warranty for an extra20.00. I spoke to someone today about this. They told me to go to the store I purchased the items.... Grove city,Ohio. I plan to go there with my receipt with that purchase on the receipt soon.
